Fultondale location is on point😋 great food all the time....the Trussville location is wack...too much gristle in the meat...not once... but twice...tells me..its a store management problem!

EDIT: Google photos are not uploading to this review. What the restaurant gave me was a plate full of huge ribs with 4 pieces of bread and bbq sauce.
Management is top notch and on top of the crew and orders. They treat their internal associates respectful and understanding. Like wise their customers. Never shy to correct any issue all though those are few and far between. Christian atmosphere and music is a welcome action.

I travel for work and have had BBQ from all over the country. We decided on this spot for dinner. You order at the counter and they bring it to you. I ordered the brisket with collard greens and deviled eggs. The brisket was dry but had some flavor to it. They had a white sauce and a house made bbq sauce that were great that complimented the brisket if it wasn’t for the sauces I probably would have not finished it. Otherwise great service and ambience. My colleague ordered the pulled pork and said that the pulled pork was okay and would probably eat it again but nothing to rave about.
