I don't think I will ever order their smoked pulled pork to go ever again. The last 2 times it was a total waste of money. Burnt and dry and they didn't give us any bbq sauce at all. Didn't have any "meat" to it. Barely edible. Never again.

Ordered in drive thru- pulled over to wait@10 minutes as fried green tomatoes were prepared after order. Busy ! Great food !

My wife got a larger-than-expected fried catfish filet at a good price - looked good okay.My baby back ribs (on the other hand) looked awful. I could tell even before tasting them that they had been (first) BOILED, then slightly smoked! (Or sprayed with liquid smoke). Very badly done, Full Moon! Also they tasted horrible... just like boiled meat with smoke added. I had learned on my previous trip through this area that vendors will burn hickory outside to get the smell of bbq into the air to drum-up business BUT THEY DON'T ACTUALLY COOK THEIR MEAT ON THOSE OUTSIDE GRILLS!I am sure this is also the case with Full Moon! SKIP THIS PLACE!

Is it good BBQ?Let me put it this way.Anytime I'm in Bham, I intentionally book my hotel across the road from this place, so I can utterly over-eat myself every day, and then waddle my little fat happy and content behind back to my room to stare blissfully at the ceiling for the rest of the night.It's not good, it's outstanding.
