We ordered two biscuits and when we got home, there was only one. I tried to call and got music and then disconnected. The one biscuit was dry.
My husband drove the four miles back and was given an apology and the biscuit. A word to the wise: take an inventory of your order before leaving the restaurant.

Ordered a chicken biscuit, the biscuit was so hard! You wouldn't think it would be by it being 8:20 am. And the chicken was salty. Took one bite and threw it away! Waste of money!!

Terrible!! Almost $25 dollars and they didn't even send the breakfast platter that we ordered, there were spilled grits in the bag and I don't know what kind of sandwich this was supposed to be! There is never any real accountability and correction. These places are getting worse and worse and the sad part is they don't care. Lesson learned, please stop spending your hard earned money with these crooks!

I really like this Hardee’s because they always provide very good and friendly customer service service. The food can be a little undercooked in my opinion. I feel that they could brown the hashbrowns a little bit more and also brown their sandwiches a little bit more to make them taste better.
My review is mainly because of the chicken tenders. They are awesome and cooked to order. Some of the best chicken tenders I have ever had
