Have placed mobile breakfast order twice. And twice I arrived home from the 20+ mile trip, to open the sealed bag to find missing food. Did not return the first time, but I made the long drive the second, a family member was left out. The personnel were rude and flippant, including the manager. The customer service was non-existent, no apology. I will possibly use other locations in the future, but never again for Hardee's Fultondale.

The customer service was great. The lunch menu wasn't that great. The burger are much thinner...same widths as before just really thin...taste mostly bread and lettuce.

My husband was eating lunch here regularly! I would often meet him there for lunch! I loved the atmosphere, service, and food! However, today on 8/14/25, my husband was eating lunch and a young man began to refill the ice dispenser! He forgot to remove the lid, so he poured ice on the lid. He then proceeded to remove the lid, but instead of throwing the ice away that came in contact with the dirty dusty lid, he dumped it in the ice dispenser! I would have reported that to the manager, but she was sitting right there and watched him do it! My husband stopped eating his sandwich, threw it away and left. We absolutely will not be returning! If they felt comfortable enough to do that in front of customers, I can only imagine the other cross contaminations that occur! This was very disappointing, because we liked the place!

Grease need changed. Hash and chicken dark on outside still cool on inside.
Lack of communication, paid for 6 chicken biscuits only got five when I tried to communicate that fact that I was short a biscuit The employee walked off as if she didn't hear me. Will not be coming here again ...

We ordered hamburgers. The bun was old. Meat was dry and hard The burger was cold. It had almost no catsup or mustard. And nothing else on it. Worst burger I’ve had.

Pitiful. This is a “Monster burger”. Last time I stop.. Price is high so I expected a full burger not a dollar menu burger.
