This place use to be amazing. Last few times have been subpar. The drive thru speaker has been broke for months so that means ordering at the window and sitting in line longer. Last visit I was told at the window that they just got wings in and they had to thaw and couldn't cook them for 30 mins. J Wings had no wings - the joke writes itself.

So the restaurant is shared by a gas station its signs and junk laid everywhere It need a lot of updating to the inside of the restaurant and deep cleaned the food is okay I got jerk wings and I also got a cheeseburger which the man thought I ordered a hamburger so he took the burger back and laid a piece of white cheese on it it wasn't good only thing that was really good to me and fresh was the fries and some type of hood Kool-Aid that they make

I ordered two 10 piece wings my boyfriend picked the order up when he arrived I was pleased with the food at all the fries were brown you could tell they were cooked in old grease they wasn’t fit for a dog to eat. I called the store to complain about the presentation of my food my boyfriend paid full price for our food Earl had the nerve to tell me when I come back he’ll give me half price on my order how you gone give me half price when I paid full price I feel like our food should be replace cause they knew that grease was old when they cooked the food and placed it in my to go box. After reading how the health department clocked them I should’ve never tried their place of business. Half off my meal I paid full price my meal should be replace cause y’all used old grease. Thank you

Wings are sooooo small,they give you two or three extra and you still feel ripped off..... They have the smallest cups for drinks that come with the combo. The prices don't match the plate, but it tastes good 😊

I went in as a door dasher and I told a lady that I had door dash and she said hmm and kept walking she had the worst attitude and was rude so not recommend this place to anyone!!!
The workers were absolutely disrespectful, and the portion sizes are absolutely awful

I visited the Fultondale location last weekend, and purchased a $20 wing combo, and paid $2.00 more for all drums. The young lady who was working the counter attends Miles College, and she was nice and made sure that my order was correct. Today, I visited that same location, and I am not pleased at all with my 20 piece wing order. First of all, the wings were very tiny today, and I paid $2.00 more for all drums. They overcooked my wings and I told the cook, and he said with a very nasty attitude that I should have said how I wanted them cook. I said I shouldn’t have to tell you that I didn’t want them overcooked. Then I told the older guy who was in charge, and his response wasn’t any better. I told him that I WILL NOT BE BACK AT ALL!! ??????

THESE WINGS SO SALTY I DMN NEAR FAINTED!!!! Waited 45 minutes on a doggone 10 piece just to get it and everything was super salty!!!! And the girl in the window act like she geeked off a bean. Will not be eating this dog food never again. I could get better wings at dominos, and theirs’ nasty too!
