My steak came out grey in color and completely raw on the inside. I was really hungry so I ate it anyway. Now I'm stuck to the toilet.
Very unprofessional. We called 3 weeks ago to make a reservation for our daughter’s bday dinner for tonight at 6:30 for 20 people. Confirmed with a manager. Called today at 11 AM to verify reservations once again and was verified by a male manager on duty, tonight 6:30 for 17 or so people, I said yes that’s correct. Get there and not a single person knew we had a reservation, area wasn’t ready and MOD kept saying they didn’t have us on the books. We waited over 30 mins...read full review
Went with my wife and daughter and where do I start. Initially we were assigned one of the mini booths for two people when there were 3 of us. The person seating us quickly caught the mistake though and got us a nicer booth.
Then there was the actual service. Our waiter also had a table of 11 nearby that I assume he figured would give us a bigger tip so we didn’t get much service at all. About the time we got our food we asked for a refill as our drinks were empty but...read full review
