Logans is a american food staple in my opinion. The pork chops are always good and the anything and everything salad. The rolls a good too.

The food was good but my guest that went with me had to send those back because they did not cook their steak right. Service was slow even though by time we finally made it to a seat after over a half an hour. We did give them a proper tip Even though we were ignored for the most part.

I came inside to dine in order but the girl at the host stand did not even acknowledge me. I believe they said her name was Kara or Cara. She was sitting in a chair behind the stand on her phone without even noticing I was right in front of her. I found that extremely rude and weird because every other time I come here there are two girls with brown hair ready to greet and seat me. There was a brown hair girl who apologized to me and had to tell the Kara girl to look up and then she noticed me after like 15 seconds of just standing there while she was looking down on her phone. I just think it’s unprofessional to have to be on your phone in front of your own customers waiting to be sat. This has never happened before. When I left the restaurant there host stand looked a complete mess while she was still on her phone. If you do not want to do your job simply just don’t show up.

I door dash here. And while the food is fresh, it takes FOREVER to get the food. Average wait is almost an hour. I’m sure the food is great. The staff is friendly and always apologetic for the wait… so I guess there’s that.

They forgot 1 of the items i ordered and didn't even tell me. Food was cold also.
My family and I come to Logan’s all the time I love the food, servers are always great but here lately there’s been a pattern of having to wait 10-15 minutes at the door because there’s no one to seat us at a table. The last two times we came in I noticed it was the same younger girl hosting. She’s kind of pale skinned and has red color in her hair (which I have no problem with the hair color I just think in a restaurant it looks unprofessional) Last night when we came in, again we had to wait for someone to greet us and again it was this same girl. I seen her walking towards us and the closer she got I noticed her rolling her eyes like she was irritated. Anyways I asked if we could sit in a booth. She proceeds to then take us to a table, which is fine no big deal but then she stood at our table for about 2-3 minutes telling me who my server is and a bunch of unnecessary information. (I see why people have to stand and wait at the door) It got to the point where I noticed my server standing behind her, waiting for her to walk away so she can get our drink order. I will continue to come because I do love the place. I just feel like something needs to be done about this employee that seems as though she hates her job.

The service here sucks! I ordered food online for my family at 6:44pm and pick up time was suppose to be at 7:24pm. I am still waiting on my food and it is 8:41pm. I will never be back to the Logans in Fultondale, AL. The waitress was very apologetic and nice but they will never get a dime from me again. They don't deserve any stars! This is ridiculous!

There should be a notice of items not available and allow you to decide whether you were going to dine there or go elsewhere rather than ordering drinks and getting into your dining experience.
