Very unprofessional. We called 3 weeks ago to make a reservation for our daughter’s bday dinner for tonight at 6:30 for 20 people. Confirmed with a manager. Called today at 11 AM to verify reservations once again and was verified by a male manager on duty, tonight 6:30 for 17 or so people, I said yes that’s correct. Get there and not a single person knew we had a reservation, area wasn’t ready and MOD kept saying they didn’t have us on the books. We waited over 30 mins for them to get us an area together , instead they just sat there laughing and not even trying to accommodate us. We as a party of 18 people walked out and walked across the street to Casa Fiesta. They had us set up and ready to go in less than 5 minutes. Sadly my daughter was disappointed bc that’s all she’s wanted but I highly doubt we will be back to this location

Food took over an hour. Drinks took over 45 minutes. Someone does not know the difference between "medium" and cooked until you could patch a tire with it. There was a large tone-deaf drinking party that didn't know all the words to "12 Days of Christmas."
One of the worse dining experiences of my life. Started out ok. Got seated quickly and placed our order within 10 minutes of arrival. Got our rolls. No butter. Appetizer and side salads brought out together. No silverware. After 40 minutes our waitress (that we've watched sitting with two others laughing and giggling the whole time) finally comes over and asks us if we need anything else. We tell her yes. The filet mignon we ordered. About 10 minutes later a manager came over and said that our ticket had gotten confused with another and our food world be ready in 4 minutes because they were rushing it and we world get the Friends and Family discount and not charged for our Appetizer. 17 minutes later we got served steaks. Sirloin steaks. Well done instead of medium. No pink whatsoever. No garlic butter that we ordered. At this point we've been there 80 minutes. Called the manager over to point this stuff out. Only reason I paid the ticket was we wanted to leave immediately. The only time in my life I've not left a tip. Waitress should have been following up on her orders instead of bullshitting with her coworkers.
We will never go back.

I never leave bad reviews especially on dining out, but do yourself a favor and stay away. My husband and I went there last night and got there 6:31p.m. The waitress took our drink orders and our appetizer order the left. 10 minutes later we get our drinks and appetizers. She then takes our order. We both ordered the filet mignon with butter sauce and our sides. We waited 45 minutes and still nothing. The waitress didn't stop to let us know anything. She apparently went and told the manager that eventually came to our table and apologized and said our "orders got mixed up and pushed to the back" but she would rush those orders out in 4 minutes because they were working on them right then. 15 minutes later we had to find someone to go get the manager AGAIN. She gave us a "friends and family" discount and paid for our appetizers. 5 minutes later they finally bring out our food and it was a 7oz sirloin and not cooked medium like we ordered. The manager finally shows up again and we tell her it was the wrong cut that we asked for and it was overcooked. She gave us "free appetizer" coupons and we just paid and got the heck out. We won't be going back. It took 67 minutes to get ALL of our food and it wasn't even what we ordered nor cooked to our specifications. This happened the last time we ate there too, but we let it slide. We should have listened to our instincts.

I was really disappointed with my recent to-go order from Logan's Roadhouse. It was 20 minutes late, which is frustrating on its own, but then when I finally got my order, it was wrong—twice! They took it back to get it fixed. The dinner rolls were tiny, the size of quarters; cold and hard with no butter sent. On top of that, they were out of to-go cup lids, so I couldn't even take my drinks home properly. There was no honey mustard sent as ordered. Overall, the service was really poor, and it’s unlikely I’ll be coming back anytime soon.

The restaurant was not busy at all, maybe 9 people at the most..bartender was not very attentive, wait on drinks and no draft beer. Ordered apps and dinner, meal came before apps and then the apps came out after we were done eating and not very good. The waitress did her best I think because she wasn't the cook or the bartender, she was the one dealing with the slack..thumbs up to her. Not the place I would go to again.

We went to celebrate my Mom's 83rd birthday 🎂. Food was delicious and service was great.
This was one of the many restaurants that we went by for our Anniversary weekend and I must say the food was good but the wait was entirely too long... It was a 2 hour long wait before they bought the food out. Definitely needs improvement in getting the food out quicker. Overall food was on point!!

I have tried this Logans twice now and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but nope...this experience was even worse. Ordered my steak medium rare and it was not even remotely close. Came out medium well and tasted more like hamburger meat. As close as this place is to Birmingham you'd think they'd have a decent beer selection, another nope there. But most of all this was the, by far, laziest service I have received in years. Never did get my glass refilled.
