Lexi waited on us and did outstanding! We both had the Wednesday special of a 6oz. Sirloin with 2 side for $12.99 and the Spin (Spinach) Dip. The spinach dip was great and the sides were great, but the steaks were a bit gamey (medium-well). Overall four out of five stars.

Rude host. Wait time after being seated was ridiculous. Food was bad. Steaks overcooked and dry asked to get them remade and this took even longer . Rolls underdone. This place has went down and is circling the drain. Would absolutely not recommend this establishment

Service is not good here. Took a long time before we were waited on after being seated. Food came out and we had no silverware. My salad never came out at all and the bread was served at the same time as the main meal. Food is good. Nothing special. A little high for the portion size. Also, they must be extremely understaffed. Lots of tables open but we had to wait 20 minutes to get a table.

Had to ask 4 times to complete our order. No gravy, no steak sauce, no sweet tea. We actually had to go find someone, anyone to give us what we ordered. Will not be back anytime soon.
Had to wait over 30 minutes pass time order was supposed to be ready. Left off my rolls and drinks had to wait another 20 minutes. When I got home discovered left off sweet potato. Bill was over $100 for 4 people and two had to share sweet potato!

Waited almost an hour after being told 20 to 35 minutes to wait. Customers who came in after us were being setted before us. Then when we finally were setted Waited another 10 ir so minutes for someone to take our drink oder, finally walked out.

In had the NY strip, with some broccoli and a Caesar salad, my salad came out before hand like it should and my steak was cooked perfectly, great experience!
Our writer was amazing. Best I've had in a loooooong while! Hope 2 see him again. I'll try my best 2 update with his name when I remember. Definitely gotta get him any time you're there. Food was so so but the server more than made up 4 it!
Lexy was our waitress. When they didn’t have something on the menu my husband ordered the manager made it happen anyway. I’m glad to have eaten somewhere with my family for my birthday and my son’s birthday where the employees and manager seemed to take customer service to heart. If you are ever in Fultondale go by Logan’s and see Lexy because she is the greatest. You will be happy to have had her as your waitress.Kid-friendliness: They have some kid friendly menu items
Logan's is pretty straight forward usually. Service was ok once our server actually came to the table. Which was about 20 minutes after we were seated. Not that busy not to be acknowledged for that amount of time.
