The girl was extremely rude at the speaker, then told us to pull around but didnt inform to skip first window and go to second so we waited at the first window about 5 min while people passed inside with saying anything. Finally, decided to pull up to second window and some man was outside my passenger door spraying chemicals while my window was open and sprayed my car. We asked him to please stop and he didnt understand english. Just kept standing there spraying something!? The lady at checkout continued to be rude and unfriendly. We couldnt wait to get out of there and realized they forgot all the forks and syrups for all 4 hotcakes orders for my children!!! I also got a bagel sandwich and the bagel was hard as a rock! I couldnt even eat it. Oh and they didnt provide a receipt, we were too distracted with the man spraying my car! Worst experience! This place is disgusting.

Prepared to be parked if you go through the drive-thru. Line of parked vehicles just to make their times look good. Probably would park someone ordering a coke and bring it out 5 mins later. Shame

We stopped at this location with our children while traveling and they took such good care of us. Every employee was so kind to us and the kids and the manager was so friendly and helpful towards us! We were so glad we stopped here. It was clean, fast and food was great.

I recently encountered an issue with my order at this restaurant in Fultondale, Al where I had to advocate for the food I had paid for. Despite having proof of my order and the corresponding charge on my PNC bank account through Apple Pay, I was informed that no manager was available; only a manager in training was present. This individual seemed to lack the necessary skills to effectively handle online order issues.

Additionally, my order was left sitting to the side, which resulted in receiving food that was already prepared and had cooled down due to the delay caused by the online system mishap. While I understand that these situations can be complex, it is important for staff members, especially those in training, to be equipped with the knowledge and tools to manage such challenges efficiently.

I believe it would be beneficial for the restaurant to consider enhancing training for their employees to ensure better service and smoother operations in the future
