Had a take out order with the Peanut Butter Jelly Bacon burger and Mushroom Swiss burger and sides were sweet potato waffle fries and tots. Our meals were delicious

The food was good, not amazing. The turkey burger and beer battered fries were tasty. The sourdough bun was unique. The side house salad was basic but fresh.

The star of the experience was the server who was very friendly and efficient. She was responsive, attentive, and accommodating. She brought me the salad dressing I ordered and another she thought I might like based on my reservations about the one I chose. I did like her recommendation better. She also offered me a to-go soda refill.

The bummer of the experience was I chose to dine on the patio on a nice evening. After I was seated, 3 ladies were also seated across from me on the patio and they brought a portable sound speaker. They proceeded to blast their chosen music for the whole patio to hear. This was not the experience I wanted. I was surprised the management did not respectfully ask them to cease playing their music out of respect for other diners.

Full disclosure, I did not complain to management because I did not want to make a scene. To me, this concern should have been obvious to them. In 1,000+ dining experiences around the country, I’ve never seen this happen.

I haven't been here in awhile, but it seems it isn't what it used to be. My husband and I didn't feel like there was a good selection of food. The service was slow and we feel we paid too much for food we really didn't want. I can tell you we will not be back.

I had the hamburger steak. I dont recommend it at all. It seams to me that they aren't trying very hard to put out good food. The beef was an over cook pre formed hamburger patty. The onions were shredded, not chunky, and had no taste. Giving it one star is being generous.

Food and drinks were great! Service was .. meh. I was there at approximately 2:30PM on 9/15 and sat at the bar. Only myself and one other couple at the bar. Ordered a tall draft and sat with it empty for several laps of the bartender going past. She never asked how my food was and was very slow at getting me a second drink. I was in town for a concert and intended to grab a to go order for after the show. Based on the slow service I was afraid it would cause me to have to rush, so I didn't make that order.
Overall it was a nice place!

Disappointing Experience at Mugshots in Fultondale

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Mugshots in Fultondale. My party made reservations a month in advance for 6 PM, yet we were forced to wait 45 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. This was just the start of the issues.

To make matters worse, my entire party of 13 people received their food and was almost done eating by the time my order finally arrived. At that point, I refused my food because it was pointless to eat alone when everyone else was finishing up. Despite the obvious frustration and inconvenience, no one on the staff made any effort to make things right. There was no offer of a discount, a complimentary item, or even a sincere apology to address the delay and the poor service.

I left feeling completely disappointed and unappreciated as a customer. If you’re considering dining at Mugshots in Fultondale, beware of long waits and lackluster customer service. This experience was enough for me to never return.
