My wife and I came for lunch today. The food was wonderful other than a 5”ish black hair I found in the ketchup cup as I was dipping my fries. I didn’t even bother the waitress with it because it wasn’t her fault. We tried the blooming fried shrimp as an app and it was amazing. My wife had the soup and salad. I had just a hamburger and fries. The waitress was wonderful.

Did a carry out for dinner at the Fultondale, AL location. First time at this location as we are traveling. Everything prepared perfectly and to order. Even the presentation in the takeout containers was great. Staff were so friendly. Can always count on Outback for a quality meal and great service!

We have been to this Outback restaurant on several occasions and this visit was typical. Nothing really bad, but nothing outstanding. We sat at the bar and service was slow due to the bartender waiting tables. Our bar eating area had not been cleaned from the previous occupants. We requested our beers to be filled to the top with no foam and that was done. Our shared hamburger and fries were nice. We will return in the future when we pass through Fultondale.

Just had the worst experience at Outback ever!! First ribeye comes out with a hair on the top of it. Manager comes by ask how was everything did not say one word about the steak that was just sent out. The steak comes out from the kitchen, had to be sent back was still very pink. Third steak comes out was cooked more the second but still had pieces of pink around the steak. Viewed the bill on the mobile app to find they had added a 3rd steak to my bill. Waiter has manager to remove third steak. Never one word about how sorry they were for what happened or anything. You charge $29 for steak and it is not fit to eat. I have always liked Outback this will be my very last visit to the one in Fultondale. The management is a disgrace to say the least. Never once did he offer any apologizes for the disgusting food with the hair brought out and then try to add a third steak to the bill. I mean really Outback you should do better than this!!

I ended up waiting 25 minutes to receive a check, by me going to the hostess stand to ask for a manager. The food was good, but the service s...cks. I guess the waitress was counting her tips from the previous party. I've been to several Outback locations, service was never this bad. The question I have is, where was management? No where to be found.

We went around noon today.Def the “outback” experience! Saw a FEW MASSIVE cockroaches. One was across the booth in front of my family. It flew off the booth. As the waiter brought our food another cockroach went running beside her. I was like “step on it”… food was okay. Blooming onion was great as always.

Party of five.This is ours first time on 8/16/25 I'm not impressed with the atmosphere. Flies fly around the table. The floor is dirty, and dirty dishes have been left on the table for a while until they are cleared off. I ordered the Prime Rib medium rare. It came out medium well. The food doesn't look fresh and hot. I waited 45 minutes for the food. Would not go back.
