Just had the worst experience at Outback ever!! First ribeye comes out with a hair on the top of it. Manager comes by ask how was everything did not say one word about the steak that was just sent out. The steak comes out from the kitchen, had to be sent back was still very pink. Third steak comes out was cooked more the second but still had pieces of pink around the steak. Viewed the bill on the mobile app to find they had added a 3rd steak to my bill. Waiter has manager to remove third steak. Never one word about how sorry they were for what happened or anything. You charge $29 for steak and it is not fit to eat. I have always liked Outback this will be my very last visit to the one in Fultondale. The management is a disgrace to say the least. Never once did he offer any apologizes for the disgusting food with the hair brought out and then try to add a third steak to the bill. I mean really Outback you should do better than this!!

I ended up waiting 25 minutes to receive a check, by me going to the hostess stand to ask for a manager. The food was good, but the service s...cks. I guess the waitress was counting her tips from the previous party. I've been to several Outback locations, service was never this bad. The question I have is, where was management? No where to be found.

We went around noon today.Def the “outback” experience! Saw a FEW MASSIVE cockroaches. One was across the booth in front of my family. It flew off the booth. As the waiter brought our food another cockroach went running beside her. I was like “step on it”… food was okay. Blooming onion was great as always.

Party of five.This is ours first time on 8/16/25 I'm not impressed with the atmosphere. Flies fly around the table. The floor is dirty, and dirty dishes have been left on the table for a while until they are cleared off. I ordered the Prime Rib medium rare. It came out medium well. The food doesn't look fresh and hot. I waited 45 minutes for the food. Would not go back.

My siblings took me there to celebrate my birthday, because I had requested it. I love their Blooming Onion, hadn't been there in a while and as usual they did not disappoint.
Service was great, food was good served quickly.Server was attentive and freindly providing for our needs.Good lunch!

Well I’ve been at a conference all week where the food wasn’t that good Outback is my go to meal as it just minutes from my house. But today was definitely an off day. I ordered a blooming onion extra extra well done. I stressed to my server that I really like almost burnt. When it came out it was too raw so I asked if they could just drop that one down for a few extra minutes. The server said of course! So then my steak came before that came back out which I ordered well done. Which I understood but I really do like to eat my bloomin onion before my steak. Well then I cut into my steak and it was at best medium. So I asked if they cook it a little longer. Then they took that back and the bloomin onion came again. More raw this than the 1st time . A manager was walking by and I said “excuse me are you the manger “ he said yes. I told him about my onion and told him I hated to complain but I really liked it well done. Could he please just take it off the bill. Of course we did not eat it. But he was not very personable nor did he even apologize. He did take it off the bill. But I guess I just expected him to be more involved with my table since now my blooming onion was not done. My steak was undercooked when my steak came back out it was good, but I had asked for my baked potato to not have sour cream or green onion and they put that on there so I had to ask for another potato which by the way, I’m sorry Outback your potatoes are way too small so overall today I am giving a three star review and it is still my go to restaurant but man I was looking forward to that great steak and that great bloomin onion and that great customer service and it just didn’t happen. I really was disappointed but felt like I was just being a complainer and I hate being that person! Do better Outback!

The food and service is great. Food came out VERY fast. What ruined our experience was the manager. We are literally here eating now 8/12 @ 8pm. As we sit here trying to enjoy our food and company all we can hear is the male manager bad mouthing the company, store, other managers and employees to one of the servers in the dining room. Talking about how lazy they are and how other managers let the employees run the store. It just keeps going. I’m really appalled at hiw this manager thinks this is ok. Being in the restaurant industry myself I would never express my opinions about the company I work for in front of guests and other employees. And we are not the only table sitting here. There are 2 other tables sitting even closer. Do better man.
