A young blk obese girl, who I see works at McDonald’s in Fultondale now once dipped my wings in dish water here. When I turned to leave she told me to “tell her how they tasted”. You can get good service here or the type of service that makes you wish no cops for 24 hours.

these folks are on point. when you go from store to store and see employees who do the bare minimum and make it plainly obvious they don't want to be there; the care; teamwork; attention to detail and deliberate error-free execution of this crew is a relief.
I was a bit confused because my items were on sale, but the receipt I was given when I picked up my order had the items listed as full price. After a conversation with the young lady working the pull up window, I was told that the receipt always conflicts with the online order pricing. I don’t think this is smart, but I accepted the explanation.The food quality was as expected of a chain restaurant, but the young lady working the pull up window was extremely nice and gave great customer service. That in itself would make me return if ever traveling and in the mood for chain restaurant pizza again.

The pizza at this location doesn't taste as fresh as it does at other locations. It might be, and I'm just guessing here, that the day I ordered was the day that the ingredients have been in the freezer the longest. If you can order when they get in a new shipment of ingredients, it might taste fresher. Just my

Staff didn't pay attention to the order. I had to wait for them to make an extra cheese stick no issue I didn't mind. I waited a total of 30 extra minutes to get my food. I had to ask for my food. Another worker told me only one person could give out the food and that was the manager. Then looked at the manager who told him to give me my food and said I don't know if she paid!!!
Love this restaurant hands down three meat lovers have took control of the world.
