When we got in line (and we were second in line), the manager announced that she had to allow “them” (two employees) to go on lunch break and that they were going to be closed for 30 minutes. Why would she allow both employees go on lunch break at the same time?? That’s stupid and not very good management. It was 2 employees and her… total of 3. So I guess all 3 of them had to go on lunch break at the same time?! WOW!!! Not to mention, we went out of our way to go to this Starbucks!

Every time I get a cookie from this location curbside along with my target order it is never warm. They always take it out of the plastic wrapper and figure it into the Starbucks wrapper I went to my target app and got a refund for this item they need to hire people that actually want to do their job

just have to give a big shoutout to the team at the Starbucks in Fultondale—especially Kenjuan and J! Every time I walk in, they greet me with genuine smiles, great energy, and consistently amazing service. Kenjuan has such a positive vibe and always makes sure my drink is perfect. And J? So kind, professional, and makes you feel like a regular, even if it’s your first time.

I don't think I could ever say anything bad about a Starbucks at Starbucks was no different fast everything was alright go venti vanilla latte 4 extra pumps of vanilla! And now you're zoomed up to go do your Target shopping!
This is the worst Starbucks ever! I live in fultondale so this is the closest one to me but everytime I've gone to this one there's been issues. They've forgotten about my order a couple of times even though last time is one was just me and another customer on there. I was standing there waiting on my order and they didn't even have it ready because she said she forgot like y'all aren't even busy how'd you forget? And why else would I be standing there for?? They've gotten my order wrong numerous times and even gave me the wrong drink that wasn't even the one I asked for. They never have items you want, they always say they run out. They even told me one day they ran out of coffee and couldn't make coffee drinks. How do you run out of coffee at a coffee shop?! I e also been told plenty of times they couldn't make cold beverages just hot ones or that they didn't have ice for the drinks etc. I'm so over this Starbucks location, it's the worst I've been too. I wish they'd just close it or open another coffee shop nearby so I don't have to go this one ever again.
