Ordered online. 2 salads. The cold cut one barely had any meat and almost no lettuce. Some of the toppings were wrong. The club had about 2 times the normal meat but still almost no lettuce and toppings were not correct. Got a box of cookies that were not the right ones. All around not a good trip to Subway.

Walked out midway through my order, Flys on everything. Vegetables were nasty, and discolored from being old, the meat had an iridescent shine and was oxidized from being left out. This place is food poisoning on a stick. Corporate should shut this place down. Worst Subway I have ever been to.

Worst Subway I have ever been too. Food was nasty, the lady who was working was rude, very rude. We went in at 8:15 and it took forever for us to get our food. She then said we CLOSE in 10 min! WE JUST GOT OUR FOOD!! like wow!!! So we threw our food away( it was nasty) and left. This place needs to hire bettery people.

I have to mark this Subway as worthy of revisiting. At least for dessert. I’m typically skeptical about the freshness of the cookies, but these babies, hit the mark! They were super fresh, soft, and delicious. Also super friendly customer service!

Went in around 8:35 and wasn’t greeted or acknowledged the guy just looked at me and waited for me to order I then asked are you still open and he shook his head in a up and down motion wasn’t told thank you after I paid either. Upon leaving the store a black guy walked in and the owner said we’re closed. (8:45) store doesn’t close until 9pm sat in my car for about 10 minutes and a white lady walked in the door and he took her order with a smile! Please do better subway you never know who is observing. I was so disgusted I wanted to return the sandwich I had just purchased.

This location is absolute garbage, and I doubt the people running the place EVEN CARE. They’re not a participating location FOR ANY coupons that you try to redeem, via the app. Every location around the Fultondale one actively accepts codes, this one must be ran by greedy oligarchs.
