worst sub makers i ever seen, left my sub get cold while they made other orders didn’t ring me up or decided to atleast wrap it up. ice cold sub. Never go here even if it’s the last place on earth that’s open
The food doesn’t be covered and multiple flies be patrolling the food area, that’s my only problem with this location
This location is absolute garbage, and I doubt the people running the place EVEN CARE. They’re not a participating location FOR ANY coupons that you try to redeem, via the app. Every location around the Fultondale one actively accepts codes, this one must be ran by greedy oligarchs.

I never caught his name but the employee working tonight (April 3rd,2024) at around 8:00 was the most respectful person ever. He was so nice, unbothered that we interrupted his cleaning up, remained friendly the entire time, and he didn’t mess our orders up. If the GM or owner sees this, please give this man a raise.

New staff is very nice. They are very quick making sandwiches. No attitude just good service. Everything was very neat and clean.
Tried using our egift card at the 30798 location in Fultondale AL, and it didn't work. The clerk (pretty sure was the owner of this location) didn't process it properly and just said it didn't work so we had to use our visa. After I read to him (from the gift card instructions) and approached him (basicly he didn't press "giftcard" option as payment, but CARD I am assuming), so he said let's try BUYING 3 COOKIES, which I didn't want, and so he did and it worked. Asked him to return our sandwich purchase back to our VISA so I can use gift card, and he bluntly said its IMPOSSIBLE! Not only that, he COULD NOT return the cookies that I DIDNT WANT! I had worked in retail and service industry for 20 years, and had never experienced this level of not caring about your customer. I know one thing- everything is absolutely possible, and how you reconsiliate your books, it's clearly not my job, but customer comes first. If I knew I couldn't use my gift card, I would have made much more smaller purchase and shared my sandwich with husband, and definitely not TEACH this operator, at the cost of my money, how to operate his business. I am absolutely oppoled.

I would rather eat dirt than spend money here again. I ordered a sandwich and started to eat it when I got home and had to spit it out. The ranch was passed due, it tasted sour and smelled disgusting. I order the same sandwich each time I go here so I know what the ranch taste like. I called the next day and spoke with the manager about my experience. He interrupted me multiple times while I explained what had happened and accused me of lying! He refused to refund me despite my terrible experience and hung up on me in the middle of me talking. I hope the manager gets fired, no one in charge should treat customers that way when we are the ones who put our money into the business.
