My food is always fresh when I stop here. Whenever I want Taco Bell, I come to this location because the wait is never long and the food is always good.

People took 15 minutes to come to the front so I could pay for my order I used a kiosk they only had to talk me for 30 seconds 5 different people looked at me waiting at the front and no one came. I was paying in cash

Go on to Gardendale, not only is service slow, they prepare food incorrectly, and often forget portions of your order. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after multiple visits I would say skip them and go on to Gardendale.

Ordered the burrito supreme combo, said I wanted no lettuce on the combo… I was pretty sad to see just how empty my hard shell taco was. I guess now it’s 90% lettuce these days. When you say no lettuce they basically just give you the shell it seems. I did get a nice amount of cheese but the meat was just utterly sad.. didn’t even have enough to go end to end on the taco and it was a very thin line of meat, even in this picture you can see the taco is mostly shell and cheese barely any meat

Traveling thru so we ordered online. Food was hot and ready when we got there!
A quick pit stop on our way to Atlanta and this place served everything so warm, and fresh. Tried the new chicken nuggets and Exceptionally great! Waiting to try again. The chalupas were right temp and cooked perfect.
