Waffle House

Customer service is garbage! Super slooowww preparing the food while putting customers at risk! They're advertised as 24 hrs yet, now when you pick up an order at night it's from a walk up window outside in the parking lot with shady other people waiting instead of letting you inside. Very unsafe and not customer friendly. Won't ever be back! 👎👎

Super nice staff for a nice early morning breakfast.

Went and ordered at the widow. Placed 2 orders. There was no onions on either sandwich.

The cook was doing everything he could but after being seated at a table for 15 - 20 minutes they decided to go to take out and never spoke to us again. We never received drinks or had orders taken. We wouldn't have minded changing to take out but since they were still waiting the tables already seated we assumed that they would get back with us since they offered us the table beforehand. After waiting another 20 to 30 minutes while listening to the wait staff saying they were just ready to go and arguments arising between staff, we simply gave up and went to Taco Bell.

I had the cheese steak hash brown bowl. The meat was delicious. Hardly no cheese whatsoever and the hash browns looked more like noodles and tasted very rubbery.

Sat 15 minutes without being greeted with only one table with people st it. Server never acknowledged us. We left and went to Gardendsle. We had foor in 6 minutes. Stay clear of Fultondale Waffle House.

Came here Thursday at 10pm and doors are locked with 3 employees sitting inside. Says 24 hours and sign on door for take out on on Sunday and Monday but nothing about Thursdays!

They are not open. Just some dude looking at us with the door locked. Lol.

Rolled up to Waffle House in Fultondale on 12.7.24 at around 11:00pm. The door was locked with no less than 4 employees just staring out the window. One guy finally pointed to an order window on the side of the building. If you aren’t going to open the dining room at a 24 hour restaurant then you don’t need that many employees in the building. Cut down on your overhead if you can’t provide service.
