Went there Sunday morning 5am. Doors locked. No sign on door. Called no expplanation. Very disappointing to see doors locked and employees just staring at you but no attempt to open or let me know why.

Had a wonderful experience at the Fultondale AL exit. Kamya and Carrie and everyone there were very friendly and chatty and happy to talk. The food as usual was phenomenal! I had the 2 pork chops and grits. My son had the sausage egg and cheese breakfast melt and hashbrowns covered chucked and diced(pic of an empty plate). The grill guys were also great and chatty and accommodating. We are on our way to Gulf Shores and will stop there again on the way home! I have found that Waffle House never disappoints! Thank you 😊

What’s the purpose of having a Waffle Window, when the employees do no not even acknowledge that you are at the window to place an order. Horrible service!

Getting the correct to go order would be great especially since you can not call the store to get it remade and back to work in time on lunch. Frustrating.

They were really busy when we arrived but all workers seemed to get along and do what they could do to help each other. One girl went out of her way to check us out while our waitress was busy I think her name was kamya. I hope I spelled it right but she went above and beyond.

Waffle House is 24 hours! Fultondale Waffle House apparently dont get that!

Visited from out of town and was super happy! Fast and excellent service. Server was so friendly, we felt as if we were home lol.

Customer service is garbage! Super slooowww preparing the food while putting customers at risk! They're advertised as 24 hrs yet, now when you pick up an order at night it's from a walk up window outside in the parking lot with shady other people waiting instead of letting you inside. Very unsafe and not customer friendly. Won't ever be back! 👎👎

Super nice staff for a nice early morning breakfast.

Went and ordered at the widow. Placed 2 orders. There was no onions on either sandwich.

The cook was doing everything he could but after being seated at a table for 15 - 20 minutes they decided to go to take out and never spoke to us again. We never received drinks or had orders taken. We wouldn't have minded changing to take out but since they were still waiting the tables already seated we assumed that they would get back with us since they offered us the table beforehand. After waiting another 20 to 30 minutes while listening to the wait staff saying they were just ready to go and arguments arising between staff, we simply gave up and went to Taco Bell.

I had the cheese steak hash brown bowl. The meat was delicious. Hardly no cheese whatsoever and the hash browns looked more like noodles and tasted very rubbery.
