Manager is rude and disrespectful. I order a milkshake, tells me they're out of 20 oz cups and hands me a small. My roommate ordered a 20oz. I ordered a 32 oz. When I ask about my options, I'm told I can get a refund or accept the 16oz despite paying for a 32oz. So I hand the drink back. Say I'll take the refund and go to leave. My roommate let's me know she needs food for a medical condition. She decides to go in and talk voice her frustration and talk about getting an alternative. The manager cuts her off, says she's not dealing with my attitude. So we left.

So when we walked in , one of the workers had clocked out and was asking strangers if they can take her home , and she looked like she lived in elyton village, so , NO for me . I ordered the chicken strips meal , and after waiting 20 minutes, they were old and hard , and when I called it to the attention of the manager , she replied " sorry about that " and suntered off

We ordered and got to the window to get our food, after receiving our drinks they asked what our name was on the ticket and we told. They then couldn’t find our order and sled us to pull up, after sitting there waiting for 40 minutes, my boyfriend goes in and they had given our order out to someone else and didn’t realize we were still waiting.

Our last meal at this Whataburger was less than enjoyable. My chicken tenders were so small. They should have called them chicken fries. They did not get our order right and we had already pulled away when I noticed it. I love Whataburger, but this one needs some help.

I'd say Whataburger is the top fast food burger going. All the other top name fast food burger joints have lost quality and customer service. I hope Whataburger doesn't follow them. My wife loves the jalapeños burger. I like my food to be hot and fresh. Order on the app, and the food will be ready for you.
