Next time Im sitting and checking the bag,
I dont care if they assume Im the one being trouble. No sauce??? Thats literally the easiest step.

One star was too harsh but I am pregnant and craving the zax sauce so I was tempted. I almost cried over the absence of sauce (I know, hormones are powerful.)

I will give them another chance.

Sat in the drive thru for over 20 mins and nobody ever said anything so we left and went to the one in gardendale. Do better!

Took 20 minutes to get fries and 2 pieces of bread. Bread was stale and burnt. No seasoning on the fries at all.

Waited for about an hour for 2 food items and 2 drinks

Go to this Zaxby's all the time, pretty consistently I will order a meal that comes with 1 Zax sauce already and I will ask for 2 extra Zax sauces, totalling 3 Zax sauces, and there will be a grand total of 0 Zax sauces in my meal. This is especially bewildering considering I have 1 that is already supposed to come with the meal and I know Zaxby's charges for extra sauce, so I'm giving you guys an extra $1 or $2 for essentially nothing. Ridiculous.

First off, if I was able to leave zero stars I would. Secondly, I do not see myself eating at an zaxby’s establishment at all in the future, because I have experience the WORST TYPE OF FOOD POISONING EVER IN MY LIFE. To the literal point of me dry heaving and almost being admitted into the hospital for dehydration. Thirdly, if any of you will continue to eat from any zaxby’s franchise, I recommend everyone to stick to what has kept them ok and at bay. DO NOT TRY ANY NEW ITEMS UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO TAKE THE RISK. Especially quesadilla. Matter fact, DO NOT TRY ANY NEW ITEM THAT DIES NOT FIT THE ORIGINAL FRANCHISE!!!

THEY ARE SOOOO SLOW. They are taking forever! We still don't have our food. This is taking so long.

Well, the drive 🚗 thru was packed, it took forever to get 🙄 😒 my order, nothing but teenager working there. My order was burn 🔥 😒 and my salad 🥗 did not have the proper amount of chicken on it. Never thought zaxbys would be this bad 👎

Order was accurate, tasty, reasonably priced and accurate. No complaints.
