Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich combo. The sandwich supposed to come with ranch dressing but it looked & tasted like mayo. The chicken was not brown all over & had dark spots, I got a refund.

I'll start off saying over priced for the quality. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich & it barely had any shredded lettuce & some small pieces of a tomato. A coworker picked up our food in the drive thru, so I can't give any rating on atmosphere. Over $8 with tax for a basic sandwich that looked sad.

They need to close this place down and open a new chicken place. Been here 3 times and every time it's a rude cashier. There was one gay guy who rolled his eyes EVERY chance he got. I have a habit of always saying thank you and NEVER ONCE have a gotten a reply. Like I'm bothering them when I make an order. Don't waste money or time here.

How are you going to run out of salid in Two separate locations? Shameful.

The worst Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to. The lady taking my order was literally on her cell phone while taking my order. They put my order in a to go bag when I asked for it here, and it had been sitting on the counter for awhile. They had never called out my name to get it and the food was cold. If I were you, I wouldn’t stop here.

the food was not bad. I had a salad and my husband a sandwich. The young lady taking our order needs to have some communication training. She was not friendly, didn't greet us and didn't tell me the price, I just looked on the register. I am in the healthcare industry, and the LONG nails should not be allowed as this is a breeding ground for bacteria. the dining room was dirty with several empty but still dirty tables .. courtesy goes a long way.

The bathrooms were not clean. No tissue, soap, or paper towels. Half the drinks were out in drink machine. The young man checking us out didn’t give us our receipt, he just walked off. I will not be back. Totally disappointed.
