We have always loved Jacks chicken (and everything else) but we ordered the 10 pc chicken and I know it says 2 breast then chefs choice but 2 breast, 1 thigh and 7 wings, the wings were hardly room temp, very dry and difficult to eat. The green beans, mashed potatoes with gravy, biscuits and fries were great as always. Just disappointed in those dry wings.

I just had 3 piece chicken meal.The young lady was so polite and I get home and everything is great fresh biscuit sides where great definitely coming back. I drive farther away from my home in gearldine cause they don't respect customers that's gearldine Jack's!love fyffe Jack's

Absolutely wonderful service by the entire staff, they took my order and got my food to me in no time at all. The manager Karissa was working with her staff the entire time. The tables were clean, My chicken sandwich made to perfection even Gordon Ramsay would approve. I can't say enough good things about this place

Food is usually very good. Service has went way down way fast…. I can handle waiting for 20 minutes to get FAST food…..nah….it irritates me. But when I have to wait 20 minutes……..and you get my order wrong?!!! That’s unacceptable.

Foods ok at best. No one is gonna feel like they’re getting high quality fast food for sure. Staff speak a million miles an hour at drive through, letting you know that all they care about is the service time through the window. Countless times, food has been incorrect. Management has bad attitude. They also allow customers every single day to park in an area of the parking lot that isn’t for parking and if they get your order wrong, which is often, customers can’t circle back around in the parking lot due to parked cars and you are then forced to sit there waiting to pull out into to the highway and traffic and back into the other entrance to go back and get your order fixed. It’s just very poorly managed. Only fast food in the whole city so folks just have to deal with it.
