Went this evening and saw roaches. The couple next to us stated they saw 3. I asked the girl at the register if a manager was available she stated no. I told her what we saw so she called someone who stated “we are working on it” oh okay.
Highly recommend ! I want to brag about our experience today!We had the best visit today ! We had the honor of having an amazing waiter named Chuy and he made our experience amazing ! Very kind very attentive . Food was amazing as always I would like to also say the salsa today was extremely tasty! We love this restaurant and we love knowing they provide the best customer service, best food, best prices, and best atmosphere 🩷
We have been here a few times and it’s usually good. But why most Mexican restaurants seem to cook steak very well, El Patron does not seem to know how. I ordered the steak and shrimp, I told the waitress I wanted my steak rare (usually it’s always med rare when I say this.) but this steak was fully cooked and no flavor and the shrimp was over cooked (rubbery) the steamed vegetables had no flavor they were bland and for some reason they add fries which are not seasoned. The food is served piping hot and the service is fantastic and very attentive. With great service, a kid-friendly atmosphere, and wheelchair accessibility, it's a great spot for all. The menu is huge and the prices are the best. Plenty of parking is available, and don't forget to try their fresh pina coladas, a favorite among regulars. The salsa is extremely tasty.
