Words can not describe how amazing the food, the atmosphere, the hospitality & the people are here. My husband & I just went on our first vacation EVER in November to see the Alabama football game and we knew we wanted to check out the Alabama Rib Shack not knowing anything about it. Let me tell you what, out of our entire stay in Alabama this was the ONLY place that had REAL BARBECUE! There were no other places in Alabama that could even come close to what Pitmaster...
We were traveling South on I-59, and it was definitely worth the drive in. The food and atmosphere was amazing! So glad we were able to stop in to finally see the restaurant and taste the BBQ!!!

If you look up Southern Hospitality, it’s sure to be a picture Alabama Rib Shack next to it. My 1st time here, when I pulled up , it give me the warmest NC cabin in the mountains vibes with the outside aesthetics. Once inside , everyone was warm and inviting . A diverse group of customers is always a good look . And ARS had that . I ordered my food and the ladies helped with that and didn’t rush me at all.
