I ordered on my mobile app and I didn’t think to look in my bag because I was in a rush. Once I got home I saw that I didn’t get any of the sauces I asked for, didn’t get a straw, no napkins, and when I opened the bag, my sandwich was literally missing the whole top bun. I got the bottom but not the top. Weird but ok.

Food is fine but takes forever, I have to pull up every time for a simple sandwich and fries. Fultondale is way better. Wasn’t even that backed up and took over 30 minutes to get my mobile order. While non mobile orders are leaving way before me and so is everyone else.
Medium fry wasn't full, didn’t get my extra pickles on my sandwich and no straw was given.

if you come here food is okay. if you get jamie then you are in for a treat… if you are over 1 cent and you are digging in your purse with. huge line she won’t cover you and will yell if anyone can help you cover it. she is very rude about service and is so upset about getting peoples order and food. she has the job and is so annoyed about helping people. she doesn’t have any manners and she is very rude. you have to ask 5 times for her to get your ice cream. i think food is okay and anyone else except jamie is nice. have fun with her tho!!

Since the remodel a couple of years ago, systems, procedures, whatever it is has damaged the service at the Gardendale location. I've only visited this store (drive thru/mobile)3,4 times since re-opening. Terrible experience 3 of the 4. That's why I usually visit the Fultondale store.

I absolutely love coming to this Chick-fil-A in Gardendale. The facility is always spotless, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the food is consistently incredible — but that’s something most of America already knows.
What really sets this location apart is the leadership team. They’re top-notch in every way: professional, kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. You can feel the positive culture the moment you walk in.
This is hands-down one of the best Chick-fil-A experiences anywhere. Gardendale is lucky to have this team!

I never knew drive thru workers at chic fila are allowed to take tips. Oh wait they are not Well Cam who works at Gardendale is out their hustling tips from customers. I saw.it 645am 10 30 25. Yet they are to lazy to put cream and sugar in a disabled mans coffee so he.doesnt spill it on himself. Truest would be ashamed.

Food is fine. The drive thru line is always insane. You have to wait on your food for a long time. I spent over 20 mins there in the line. Granted I did get a brownie I didn’t pay for as I guess as an apology but no one said anything so this could very well been a mistake in my favor. Idk why it takes so long but the layout/traffic in the parking lot is horrible. Unfortunately I’ll probably be back next week.

First complaint ever on chik- fil- a. 2 lanes backed up around corner into side road and 1 person taking orders.no direction given as to who should follow who. Just a traffic jam due to poor leadership at this location.will have to go to fultondale as I normally do.

I try to give Gardendale Chick-fil-A chance after chance since it is 5 mins from my home. Many times I drive to the Chick-fil-A in Fultondale because they are 10x faster and the food is always fresh. I went to Chick-fil-A in gardendale for a quick milkshake. The trip overall took 40 mins. When I got to the window. No one asked what did I have or said one moment all while passing out orders behind me. I sat there for a good 7 mins until someone asked. Such a disappointment. This is not the first time I’ve had a not so pleasant experience at this particular location.
