We come here a couple times a month and are really impressed with the staff. We found out today the managers name is Byron. We just really wanted to commend him for the way he trains his staff and runs this location! They are always nice and the service is quick!

What kinda damn ice cream place don’t have chocolate ice cream ? I will you this one don’t ! They need to get their shit together !

Workers refused to take my order 30 minutes before close

I ordered a 4 piece chicken tender meal with an Oreo blizzard. The fries were cold, and not just “not hot” they were cold to the touch. Like they had been sitting out for hours. There were only three pieces of chicken. My blizzard had toppings and was not mixed in at all. Just wanted to put this out there that this location is not good.

They have shrunk their banana split so small the bananas were bent to fit. Hardly no ice cream or toppings and still charged 9 bucks. Had I saw it before leaving I would have told them to keep it. 15 bucks for a sundae and pitiful banana split.

Mediocre at best. “LaTreasure” , was soft spoken and seemed sweet, but not very in tune. When one of our burgers (the deluxe with mayo/no ketchup) came out with just meat, cheese, and mayo, I returned to the register to get it replaced with one with all the correct toppings. The cook showed the order to the “manager” who promptly grabbed it up and headed out front to tell me I had ordered it wrong. I showed her the receipt, and I wasn’t mad or even upset, just wanted the deluxe. She and the cook went back into the kitchen and she continued to “mouth” things about customers not knowing how to order. I didn’t respond to her and thanked her kindly when she returned with the correct burger.

As we were leaving, We spoke kind words to the cashier, who was playing on her phone. She stared at us blankly, even after my elderly mother told her thank you, and that her hamburger was delicious. My father suggested that something may be wrong with her or that she was “special”.

The hard truth?
None of the employees has enough sense, common courtesy, nor good manners to work with the public.

There’s a reason why this parking lot is empty at lunch time. There is a reason why the Chik-Fil-A next door had a line out the door and a line of cars wrapped around the building. We had gone there first but there was nowhere to sit because they were so full. Next time we will be more patient with Chik-Fil-A.

We always go through the drive up for a Blizard. Brailyn is at the window often times. She is always very pleasant and kind. She truly is an asset to you company.

Never again will i order a cake from this place! I placed the order online several days ago. I get there 10 minutes before the time and they look at me like I’m crazy. They didn’t have the order. I showed them the email receipt and they told me they don’t have access to the sheet cake orders but they can make it for me. I said how long? She told me about 15 minutes. What I was ordering was very generic so i said ok. I paid and sat in my car and waited. I walked back in around 3:15 and she said the order was in the cooler. I was already going to be late to my son’s party so i didn’t have time to argue at this point. I got the cake to my car and i refuse to serve this at all! It looks like Helen Keller decorated it! This is embarrassing and just down right appalling. I will be following up with a manager as i was told there wasn’t one on site! Do better! I’ll never be back! This was a total waste of $45

National Free Cone Day…… No Free Cones posted on door and drive thru…. No dipped cones, except chocolate.

My 68 year old gestational diabetic pregnant wife is emotional, Thanks for that. I will be sleeping on the couch with the cats.

I’m disheartened and defeated Dairy Queen. What have you become my sweetest friend?
