I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. We stood in line for over 20 minutes with no one in front of us. All they would take is drive thru orders and kept walking right by us. They finally came over and took the order of the person in front of me then walked away and left me standing there for another 10 minutes. Very crappy service

All staff acts like you are a bother when you order. No one this morning made me feel welcome. And then they got my order wrong and the man acted like I was wrong. I ordered a caramel frozen coffee with extra coffee base and this is what he gave me… he was so rude and so was all the other ladies in there. If I could give negative stars I would. Reminds me of the difference between Walmart and target.

Absolutely terrible service. the lady who took my order had the worst attitude. she would laugh when i ordered something and acted like what i ordered isn’t on the menu making me seem dumb. never told me to pull around, told me the total, NOTHING. went silent for 5 minutes while i sat there waiting for her to say something. then came back on and said “are you done….” as i had been done 5 minutes ago and had already said “that’s it.” once i finally pull around another girl is at the window laughing at me again like i'm dumb. handed me my food with a attitude and got pissed when i didn’t tip for their horrible customer service. i’ve never once had a good interaction with this dunkin. something is ALWAYS wrong and they get so mad when you say something. It seems everyone on here can say the say thing about the service. i will never go to this location again. find better employees.

The manager on duty around noon on dec 6th was so rude. The owners should really reconsider who they let run the place. Will not be going back to such an unwary and unhappy place. You can tell she makes the lives of all the staff worse because they were all in a bad mood. But she was the worst.

I walked in Dunkin and was served by this lady named germanda she was so sweet and professional but it was this other store manager who was very rude and loud yelling and cussing being very nasty on what looked like the headset to the drive thru she said she doesn’t wanna serve anybody and don’t have anything food

The girl who took my order was sweet in drive thru however the one I received my order from shouldn’t be in am early morning customer service position if she doesn’t want to smile and greet customers! Then this is the ONLY location that doesn’t have a warmer, I’ll continue to visit lakeshore location.

Every time I go there's always something wrong, my drink isn't what I ordered, and this morning I ordered the bacon and everything bagel, my bacon had TREE PIECES in it??? And my bagle didn't have cream cheese even tho she asked if I wanted it and I said yes. Not to mention she made me repeat me order 4 times bc she didn't understand what I was asking. I wanted the white chocolate latte with whipped cream, everything bagle with cream cheese and a side of snackn bacon. I don't think it's that hard.

Totally average everything. Went to the drive thru. Ordered 2 donuts and a black coffee. So make me understand why the cashiers hands me a cumbersome piece of machinery with 5 different options to tip her. 10%, 15%, 20%, 50%, Custom %? Do you really pay your employees so little that you’re asking me for a tip on you handing me a donut? ——last visit to Dunkin
