Dunkin' Donuts @ Gardendale Walmart

First of all I was informed this store closes at 8pm on Sunday , not 9 pm. Then when I asked for a pumpkin spice late I was told they did not have that , so I settled for a iced macchiato and was told their machine is broke they only had cofffee...teay ? The young man who waited on me was far from professional or courteous on top of all that ! The On y good par of my experience was the yummy sour cream doughnuts!

Went this morning for coffee and a sandwich at 7 am. They barely had any donuts, they could not make the sandwich because they didn't have the ingrediants. They also had no lids for my coffee and the machine would not work for my Dunkin card. I honestly dont know how this place is in business. It is baffling.

Saw employees wasting doughnut holes by using a spoon or spatula to bat them across the front line and leaving them to sit in the floor. Not very professional or sanitary.

I'm an every day customer their website says they close at 9 I went in at 8:21 to get a ice coffee then they're going to tell me they're closed they really need to fix this issue they always make up thier own hours and decide when they open or close. They really need to fix this issue or they are going to start loosing customers

They pretty much suck and if i could give no stars i would i came in stood at the register 5 mins i had to yell and ask if anyone was there. this happens to often no one smiles, all the people that work there act like they hate their job. everyone needs a class on premiere customer service because they just act like they dont even want to be there the vibe just sucks they dont greet you ask how you are doing They suggest any sales They have advertisements that arent even available.... Sad... They need an entire new crew

Register was down and could not use my Dunkin card. Did not purchase anything.

Usually doesn't open on time, closes whenever they want to. Never have cold brew even if you get there early and there are signs advertising it all over the store. Have very little compared to the freestanding stores. A few people that work there are nice but it's run by I guess high schoolers that are usually socializing. I'm not a Starbucks fan but they win out for Gardendale.

Posted opening time is 630am. Its currently 8am. No employee in sight and the business is still locked up and closed. Cant say anything about the donuts but this type of behavior doesnt seem promising....

They are advertising an item on their menu board that they don't offer, the Pretzel Croissant. They offer combos but have no idea of the price. The manager has a great way of showing that she could care less about the customers concern. The only reason I give a 2 is because the young lady at the register is very nice. RIDICULOUS!
