My husband brought me their strawberry shortcake doughnut, when I tell yall that was the best doughnut I'VE EVER HAD! It was the perfect balance of sweetness. The whipped cream and strawberries were sooooo goooddd! Will definitely be telling my husband to get me another. Screw once on the lips, forever on the hips. This doughnut is worth it ?

Went in this morning for gluten free donuts and coffee the young worker they have is horrible with service the owner was amazing but the worker that did my coffee was the worst coffee I put in my mouth the gluten free donuts was amazing

I discussed realistic flower cupcakes months before pickup and was told they could do better than what I asked for. I got royally screwed. I paid $300, 3 weeks before pickup, and I got nothing that I ordered. I was in horror when I saw them and expressed extreme disappointment. The worker got the owner on the phone, and I was told I could leave them there and get a refund. Being that I was on my way to the shower I was hosting, I had no choice but to take them. The complete lack of care and attitude I got from the employee and the owner was insane. Hiding behind a phone, computer and your staff is unacceptable. If you are going to run a business be adult enough face your customers and speak to them directly. $35 a dozen for cupcakes that look like a child iced them is highway robery. I also asked for buttercream icing to hold up flower designs and got cheap whipped topping that just fell with the summer heat. I cried all the way to the party and was mortified and embarrassed to bring in and display a mess of cupcakes. I am so angry that I paid triple per dozen what I could have gotten at Walmart, and actually would have looked better. Shame on Monitas Bakery for ruining so many events when people award them with trust due to promises they cant keep. Customer Service use to mean something, but obviously it doesn't to this ridiculous place.

We ordered 8 dozen custom cupcakes for my baby shower from this shop. The pictures for reference that were given were realistic looking flowers. We picked them up the day before my baby shower and the cupcakes were not what was ordered at all. Even the colors were wrong. They are so messy, Walmart could have done a better job. When contacting the shop they said we could bring the cupcakes back and get a refund. What am I supposed to do about the cupcakes to feed 100 people at my shower if I have to return them because this shop did us wrong? We are less than 24 hours away from my shower. I am extremely disappointed with the work done by this shop. We will never use them again, and we will definitely let out friends know to never use them either. We are having to take them to a local baker ,since we live an hour from this shop, to get fixed. The icing is going to have to be completely scraped off and the cupcakes re-iced. We are too embarrassed to put these out at my baby shower. This shop was so confident that they could recreate the inspiration pictures, she even said she could do it better. It almost looks like she gave us someone elses order. Disappointed is an understatement. Prepping for a huge baby shower with 100 guests is stressful enough, now we have to rush around last minute to have cupcakes fixed that we paid $35 a dozen for. Thank you, Monita's bakery, for making our day way more stressful than it has to be.

Poor communication. Made changes to my order and did not communicate with me about changes before order was made. I made clear what kind and flavor of cake I wanted and nothing was done to make it right. Now I have a cake that my fiancé will not eat for his birthday that I spent way too much money on!
