Question, two persons come to have a meal, seated drink order asked, then two more separate customers come in, then another two separate persons come in. Who gets the order first? Should be the first people seated! Correct?.... Oh not here.... The waiter went to the second persons to take there order. Of course I said something. The waiter expained he does it in a line. I asked then why wasn't we seated where we get the order done? He couldn't answer that. I asked for his boss.. Another lady came, not his boss. She was very sweet, took my order, said she was sorry that this had happened. As she is taking my order the original waited came up said to me "you can be as mad as you want to... Doesn't matter to me, I wait on how I want too" I tell the lady see how he just spoke to me! The lady turned and told him to get away and not to speak to me again that way. The lady convinced me in staying and ordering. Food came out very quickly. Food was good. As I'm eating he came and asked for forgiveness. Then his female supervisor came up explaining that he was right in the order process... Again i tried to explain to her that no first come first order. Not in a line. She didn't want to hear anything I had to say!This was my first experience with this restaurant. And I will Not be back inside! And by the way I'm fluent in Spanish! So there was never a miscommunication! I would love to speak to the owner! Everyone in the restaurant disappeared on Break. Left only a very young man and one lady at the bar! Very disappointed in this experience here!

My brother and I just had a very negative experience at this restaurant today. I had ordered the chicken chimichanga and he ordered a pork dish. Both of our meals were very bland and tasteless. Then in the middle of our meal the guys in the kitchen decided to play heavy-metal headbanging music at an extreme volume, with the loud thump thump thump overriding the decent Mexican music playing in the restaurant. So when I paid I told them that wasn't very pleasant to listen to while eating, at least I don't think so. The cashier acted like she could not have cared less. I told her that if I'd walked in and heard that I would've walked right back out. She did not seem concerned at all, defending that the kitchen guys need their music. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. That, and with the food being tasteless, we will not be going back.

I had the ground beef chimichanga with a frozen margarita and I left very unimpressed. The ground beef reminded me of canned meat and the margarita had way too much triple sec in it. The service was exceptional.

Service was good and I had the fajitas which were amazing. They were doing social distancing by skipping every other booth/table
Very loud talk radio the entire time decent food but the fried ice cream was not good.
The staff was very nice but the food was bland and the salsa seemed to be made from tomato paste.
The customer service is always rapid, fantastic ambience, very nice staff members. Will return again when I get in town.
