Today 10-06-2023 went to have breakfast with my wife. After waiting at the counter for several minutes, the cashier finally acknowledged me. I tried to order two breakfast plates and she. Told me we don’t have any grits. We left with no food. Service was bad and food was disappointing!!! Not first time to be disappointed, but first time to complain!!!
I normally love Jack’s, but don’t normally eat at the one on Fieldstown Road in Gardendale. We did today. Big mistake! Love the chicken fingers with comeback sauce, but not here! Terrible chicken, tasted old like it was cooked yesterday and warmed up today. Mostly crust with hardly any meat! I’ll frequent other Jack’s, but will steer clear of this location!
My food is always wrong you tell the staff they don’t care they add cheese to my child’s hamburger ever time. I have even told them it makes her sick its every time Mornings are just as bad I ask for jelly then they leave it off because they’re hoarding it. fix your self jacks !
