their food is good but if you are jnside they do your food last and it always takes at least half an hour for 2 kids meals that are already made. It’s really annouing bc no one else is here just us. We are in a rush but they take their sweet time. really annoying.

I use the drive thru often. It’s reasonable and pretty good. Fultondale is my favorite, because they are efficient and quick.

I had been gifted a gift card that didn't work when I went it to eat. The cashier was super helpful in trying to figure out how to fix the issue. When that didn't work he actually offered to cover my meal, just being kind to me. It was very sweet and an overall good experience at a restaurant.
Also good food for the price point

The place was disgusting inside. The service was terrible. It was just us in there and it took 15 min to get our food. All of the cooks and service people disappeared into the office for 10 minutes while we waited.

This place used to be really good. It has become hit or miss for sure lately. Went in yesterday for lunch and was rather shocked. It took quite awhile to get our food, and SEVERAL women in there working in the kitchen... with food...had long hair. The one in the picture, we watched pull a bag of fries and drop them in the fryer, and do a few other things before returning to the front line. I thought there were health codes about things like this? I won't be returning to this location. And Home Office doesn't seem to reply either.

I ordered two biscuits combos and two pies. Told had to wait 6 mins and actually took longer. Normally a low rating but the manager was very kind and apologized while promptly delivering my missing part of order. Her sincerity is greatly appreciated

First off i came through there they had a attitude while i was ordering then i get my food and it was cold and nasty. I always go to the one in mt olive and my food is always great but this one is terrible. My frys had no seasoning on them and they were cold my burger was nasty and cold way too much mayonnaise too. They didnt give me my sauce that i asked for at the window. Then not to mention i asked for sweet tea and they gave me un sweet tea. So i came back through to make me a different drink and there was no carbonation in any of the drinks. When i went to ask for my sauce that I did not get there was a lady that was at the register looked right at me and walked right away i mean This place is nothing but a joke!
