I got the chipotle cheese steak. It was outstanding. About 10X better than anything at Subway. A little pricey, but worth it.

I placed an order at 10:28 for 11:30 for the national first responders day on Monday for the local fire and rescue department. I get to the store at 11:30. I kept asking the young lady if my order was ready and she would not answer my question. She kept making the order that was just placed. Eventually after asking for a third time she said let me check. Not one sandwich had been made. I only ordered 6 sandwiches for the 6 firefighters that were on shift for that day. Meanwhile, there are customers getting their orders they placed after me. I drove across town to do a good deed and they wasted my time and gasoline. So disheartening. No empathy and poor customer service. I was told someone called in but it didn't affect the other priority customers sitting. I asked her if all of those customers inside of the store eating, had they placed their order before me, she didn’t answer me. Just my order was not priority. Very disappointed. I had to wait more time until she called someone to ask if I could get a refund. Such a ridiculous experience. Due to this poor customer service and the 45 mins it took me to get there and wait, I wasn’t able to go to firehouse to get the subs for the fire department. So disappointing.

Best service I have received in a long time. Everyone in there was extremely helpful and patient with each customer that came in. We had a large order that needed to be filled and they were not annoyed or frustrated like most places around here have been. They made sure each sandwich had our names on the bag so we didn't have to guess who had what due to all the customizations we asked for. I will be recommending this specific Jersey Mike's to everyone from now on.

I recently ordered from Jersey Mike's for takeout, and it was a disappointing experience. I specifically requested the Rosemary Parmesan bread, but they didn't use it. To make matters worse, neither of our sandwiches had lettuce or tomatoes, which are essential for a good sandwich. We didn't notice until we got home, and it was frustrating to find out after the fact. This is not the quality I expected, and I won't be returning anytime soon.

Every time my family and I get food here, it has to be remade to the point that we’ve stopped eating here because we’re sick of getting home and having our orders incorrect and having to return. Each time we come back with incorrect food, the team acts put out about it. Tonight we called to see if we could skip the 30 min return drive and get a refund and the girl was rude and told me to call back to talk to the GM tomorrow and hung up. We won’t be back.

My wife loves Jersey Mike's. I've never thought it was that great, it the one in Cahaba Heights was at least accurate. How difficult is it to make a cheesesteak with Swiss and no peppers or onions? Well, it's extremely difficult for this Jersey Mike's. A few weeks ago, I asked for portabella mushrooms to be added and I got the portabella mushroom sub. My wife picked up a sandwich from there a while ago. American cheese, no Swiss. Tonight, I asked for no peppers or onions. Guess what I got? Strike 3! If the workers weren't goofing off or flirting with customers, they might be able to prepare an order with screwing up. Personally, I miss the days when this location was a wooded area.

Service was exceptional. I've ordered a couple times for lunch meetings on short notice and they get it done! Its like the sub sandwich version of Chick-fil-A.

Tonight was my first visit to a Jersey Mike’s. We were so impressed! The staff was friendly and kind, and the service was over the top. They even offered to clean the slicer for my husband when we told them he has dietary restrictions! We will be going back!

Got in line and was completely over looked when it was our turn to order. They took the lady’s order behind me and not ours. Then after ordering at 12:04pm I didn’t get my sandwich until 12:25 pm. Absolute abysmal service.

The store is always clean. All of the employees are always welcoming every time I visit this store. My sandwich is made very well. They always make me feel like it is made special just for me and the way I like it. They always make me what like and makes suggestions and makes sure I don't forget my chips drinks or brownies, cookies ext.. I love the customer courtesy and care. That means alot to me when it come to food I have to order out for me and my family.
