I ordered a club supreme the made whatever they want so I paid for it and left it in there parking lot will never eat there again. I could really go in right now but I Said what I said NEVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND A DIME OF MINE OR ANDBODY ELSE MONEY AT JERSEY MIKES ✋🏾

i’ve never been to jersey mikes but i really wanted to try the sub in a tub! the staff all were so kind, and helpful when i said it was my first time and i wasn’t sure how to order. food was delicious! staff had very positive attitudes which made the experience even better

The nicest bunch of service workers I’ve ever met. They joked and laughed with me, and they made me a killer sandwich. It was my first time there, but definitely not my last.

This was my first jersey mikes experience. And I am super pleased with the whole experience. The food was amazing! Best sub I’ve had! Staff is awesome and super kind! Carried on conversations and asked how my day was. Super sweet and personal. I love that in a restaurant! I will definitely be back again and again!

They Phillies should be filled more. I used a Chipotle ketchup to cut the breadiness. Advertising images seem to be fraudulent

I paid for extra meat and I feel
Like he forgot it but didn’t want to admit it. There’s no way this is $16 worth of food. It was entirely too hot for me to argue with them. They should at least be offering the customers a bottle of water if you have to eat in the heat. Looking at the previous reviews the air been out. I will never visit this location again. Difficult parking, hot atmosphere and improper portions

Jersey Mike's is my toddler's favorite place to eat, but this location is going downhill fast... The HVAC has been struggling for weeks, 84° inside today. Most customers were upset and workers were struggling. My concern is for food safety with the conditions inside being so poor. Hopefully they will address the issues soon so we can continue going.

I placed an order at 10:28 for 11:30 for the national first responders day on Monday for the local fire and rescue department. I get to the store at 11:30. I kept asking the young lady if my order was ready and she would not answer my question. She kept making the order that was just placed. Eventually after asking for a third time she said let me check. Not one sandwich had been made. I only ordered 6 sandwiches for the 6 firefighters that were on shift for that day. Meanwhile, there are customers getting their orders they placed after me. I drove across town to do a good deed and they wasted my time and gasoline. So disheartening. No empathy and poor customer service. I was told someone called in but it didn't affect the other priority customers sitting. I asked her if all of those customers inside of the store eating, had they placed their order before me, she didn’t answer me. Just my order was not priority. Very disappointed. I had to wait more time until she called someone to ask if I could get a refund. Such a ridiculous experience. Due to this poor customer service and the 45 mins it took me to get there and wait, I wasn’t able to go to firehouse to get the subs for the fire department. So disappointing.
