We stopped here on our way home from our son's basic training graduation. Our server was Andrea. One of our other kids had asked to get barbecue and we wanted to get one of the family meals (it's easier than individual orders for our large family), not knowing before sitting down that the family meal was only for carryout. I explained our error to our server when she came back to take our order and she told us that if we were ok with it coming out in to-go containers then she'd go ahead and put the order in for one and we could sit there and eat it. The food was amazing, the service was even more amazing. I don't get down to Alabama much, this was actually my first time in the state, but I can almost guarantee that anytime I do I'll be coming here for a meal.

The food was out of the world good! If you haven’t been lately, you have to go and get the Lemon pie for dessert! It’s life changing! Best BBQ around and you won’t be disappointed!
I don't like commercialized barbecue, this is not my go-to if I'm going to eat that I'm going to go to full moon. Sauce is much better

Went in with a party of 7 and ordered just a potato. Everyone else got food before I did, and even thought I said something, by the time it was corrected the rest of my party had already finished their food and I was forced to scramble to finish it before we left.
Staff were apologetic and the potato was fantastic, but after having this experience and seeing other reviews of this nature, I can’t give this restaurant above 3 stars given their obvious forgetful nature.

Shawn was amazing and delivered us very great service. service was absolutely seamless and he went above and beyond to make our experience great.
Went in Friday night (7/26/2024). Before we were seated I asked if they were out of anything. Last 2 times I have gone they have been out of something. Surprise surprise they were out of chicken, brisket, and something else. Love JNN, food is always good but to constantly be out of stuff is ridiculous.

I dont appreciate how yall didnt pull my chicken on my pulled chicken sandwich AND left off my sauce AND it was cold.. unacceptable. decided to try something new on the menu, just to come home & remake the sandwich myself. Dont get lazy with my food nie.

I ordered the ribs, potato salad and baked beans. The ribs were greasy and burnt on one side. It didn't set well with my stomach. Baked beans and potato salad was all I ate!
