We had lunch here today and everything was great. 1st of all the restaurant was clean! 2nd, every employee we had contact with was very nice and didn't rush us at all. Last, but definitely not least, the food was very good! We got the 8pc mash up for $20 and a number 8 (chicken tenders w/2 mac & cheese) for $13 and added another drink for our son. Everything was fresh and delicious! We ask for a bag and stuff when we were finished so we could take home everything that was left. I was very pleased with our experience.

This place is garbage. Only person in restaurant and stood at front counter for 5 minutes without even being acknowledged. At least 3 people saw me and didn't utter a word. One was busy playing on her phone. Walked out. I'd give zero stars if that was an option.

Got my online 8 piece order home to 3 pieces almost skinless and a gelatin half cup of gravy and grossed out. Reminding me why I dont eat at KFC. Thanks for wasting my time and money. There will be no return.

I ordered a two piece with fries, but instead, I was given what the people in the store decided for me to eat. I feel like as if they don’t care if I don’t eat it I don’t want someone forcing me to eat it by putting it in my bag When I paid for something totally different It shows incompetence on the highest level disrespect on the highest level. I don’t have money to throw away, and I do not want to be forced into eating something that I don’t want.

Such a friendly restaurant!! Lately customer service seems to be lacking but this restaurant is the exception. They are fast and super friendly!! Even having to work on Easter. I appreciate each of you today! Sometimes we forget to thank people when things go well.

I orderedKFC on Uber eats chicken tenders were completely stale. Biscuits were raw in the middle I have a picture for proof. Only got two of the three drinks out ordered. And I ordered two mashed potatoes didn't get those.

Just came thru drive thru and the lady said they would be a 20 minute wait on chicken…same store that said it ran out of Cole slaw last week. Hell all yall sell is chicken , who is monitoring when you are running low? Stevie Wonder???? Then she ask was I going to wait!!!! Just close the place

Disgusting! $42 dollars and I get soggy chicken. This KFC has been declining for some time now and I tried to give it another chance today. Never again.
CHECK YOUR RECIEPT!!!! This KFC location is partaking In donation fraud. I order the same thing at this location everytime and it's always $21.00 flat. It's not until today did I realize after looking closer at the reciept that they added a "Round Up" KFC Foundation donation to my order. That means they've added this donation every time I ordered WITHOUT EVER ASKING ME. They did it in secret. They are likely doing this to everyone. This is FRAUD!
On top of that, they gave me very poor portions. These containers are half empty and I paid for large.

Absolutely terrible experience, ordered online and after 15 mins they updated as ready. I go in and tell them I'm picking up an online order and they said they'll get it ready. Then told me it'll be 40 mins on the original chicken or I could get whatever crispy they had left. The "large" sides were a little more than a single serving. Staff just standing around watching one person work, I was the only customer there. The lobby was absolutely disgusting, I'm surprised the health department hasn't shut this store down.
