Let me start by saying this is the WORST kfc I have ever been to. Gave us root beer instead of Dr Pepper. I marked two breasts and a leg in the app and I was given a breast, a thigh and an extra crispy wing!?!!???? ALSO they were out of fries. Terrible service as well. Maybe if they would start hiring actual adults instead of preteens they would have an actual restaurant. Spending my money elsewhere next time. Do better.

I don’t know why this KFC is even still open. Their staff is rude. Cynthia was very rude in speaking with me and slammed the window in my face! As someone who has worked in customer service, no one should be treated like a bother or nuisance when trying to patronize an establishment.

10/23. 11:15am OMG! Our food was delicious!! We ordered the 8 piece family meal extra crispy. The chicken was hot and fresh. It was delicious! The mashed potatoes were excellent. The coleslaw was the best. We were so happy with our meal. Thank you KFC!! You made our day! :)

I ordered a door dash order and my whole order was wrong they didn’t put any chicken in my famous bowl meal didn’t send my drink , did not give me my extra biscuit I ordered or my extra gravy. I will not be eating this meal it looks gross and unappetizing

Don’t waste your time or money here. Went there to use a family meal coupon but they didn’t have the biscuits and wouldn’t substitute anything for them.
My kids were really looking forward to the biscuits. We resolved the issue by them letting us keep the coupon to use again at a later time. We just went to Jacks for the biscuits.
When we got home and opened the bucket, it looked horrendous. Bunch of mush and the wings smelled off. Lost our appetite for this chicken. We ended up getting chicken from Winn-Dixie. Chicken at WD looks much more appetizing. The KFC sides were acceptable.
I don’t plan to visit this location again. The service there doesn’t appear to be focusing in the service industry, but rather the don’t-care-much-for-the-customer’s-experience industry.
I wish the franchise owner(s) the best.

I went to KFC for dinner tonight on a Saturday night. If I do not recall, they close at 10 I got there at nine. I understand that it was an hour before they closed. But they could’ve at least said we don’t have any fresh food so if you’re looking for something fresh, I would come back in the morning Unless you want hard chicken. Because my food was absolutely disgusting. The chicken was so hard that I could not even bite into it. They first said they didn’t have any mac & cheese. Then they said they didn’t have any coleslaw. Then they come to say that they don’t have any sweet tea. So then I redid my whole order. I got the number seven. It is supposed to come with a biscuit three pieces of chicken And two sides. Well, I did not get my biscuit I got three pieces of hard chicken And a bowl of cold corn and cold mashed potatoes. If that was the case, I didn’t get my biscuit and one of my sides, then I should’ve gotten some kind of discount. And they didn’t even tell me that I wasn’t gonna get one of my sides in my biscuit until I got all the way home and discovered that! Waste of $15 Will never be going back.

We had lunch here today and everything was great. 1st of all the restaurant was clean! 2nd, every employee we had contact with was very nice and didn't rush us at all. Last, but definitely not least, the food was very good! We got the 8pc mash up for $20 and a number 8 (chicken tenders w/2 mac & cheese) for $13 and added another drink for our son. Everything was fresh and delicious! We ask for a bag and stuff when we were finished so we could take home everything that was left. I was very pleased with our experience.
This place is garbage. Only person in restaurant and stood at front counter for 5 minutes without even being acknowledged. At least 3 people saw me and didn't utter a word. One was busy playing on her phone. Walked out. I'd give zero stars if that was an option.

Got my online 8 piece order home to 3 pieces almost skinless and a gelatin half cup of gravy and grossed out. Reminding me why I dont eat at KFC. Thanks for wasting my time and money. There will be no return.

I ordered a two piece with fries, but instead, I was given what the people in the store decided for me to eat. I feel like as if they don’t care if I don’t eat it I don’t want someone forcing me to eat it by putting it in my bag When I paid for something totally different It shows incompetence on the highest level disrespect on the highest level. I don’t have money to throw away, and I do not want to be forced into eating something that I don’t want.

Such a friendly restaurant!! Lately customer service seems to be lacking but this restaurant is the exception. They are fast and super friendly!! Even having to work on Easter. I appreciate each of you today! Sometimes we forget to thank people when things go well.

I orderedKFC on Uber eats chicken tenders were completely stale. Biscuits were raw in the middle I have a picture for proof. Only got two of the three drinks out ordered. And I ordered two mashed potatoes didn't get those.
