Food was good, and the employee I had contact with was kind and took care to make sure my order was correct. It might be time for them to upgrade or improve the drive-thru. It's was hard for him to hear me but also for me to hear him. Food was good and wait time was fine.

They changed the fries that they use for the chili cheese fries. The new fries are disgusting. This most recent visit I got a patty melt and it was still frozen. The burgers themselves are usually soggy and it just was not pleasant. Good staff though. The people are nice. They're usually busy though

There should be no reason that at 3pm on a Saturday the lobby should be closed. It's ALWAYS something like this at this location. Would have attempted the drive thru, but waited and waited....weird with no lobby customers. People are just lazy. Don't open the lobby then they don't have to clean it.

Went today...I haven't had Krystals this good in sooooooo long.They made em like it was their own food. I had a large order with many specifications. Nothing was missing. Service was on point even though they were short staffed. Annnd they're doing construction on the building! Shout out to the older man at the window and the young lady on the grill for making this visit worth it.
