Had a small wait was not that bad waiting to get my order taken, but the burgers tasted like they had been boiled in water. I know they are supposed to be steamed but it was more like the meat was boiled and bland. Fries would be a 5 star.

Went through the drive-through purchased three egg special breakfast. Open it up. The eggs were over cooked the toast was black/burnt. I know people make mistakes. Please don’t pass them on to your customers.

Absolutely Horrible!!!Employess are too busy cutting up and goofing off than working....I would NOT recommend this location... Find somewhere else to eat... Don't waste your time or money here...
My husband called this location at 9pm and asked what time they close the guy he talked to said 12am (it's a Saturday night) we get there at 10pm and the guy doing drive thru tells us we are currently closed I said we just called and was told y'all close at 12am it's only 10pm he says I don't know what to tell u we r closed. He said all we have left is a couple Krystal's and 2 chicks so we said that's fine we will take them and we told them multiple times how we wanted them. They messed them up and then said they couldn't fix it because they didn't have anything left. My husband tried to verify the phone number with the guy and he said I don't know our number I don't even like working here!!!This is absolutely unacceptable!!!!!!!

I gave a rather confusing order and they handled it with ease. Food was hot, fresh, and the crew was very helpful and accurate! Been years since I've been. Won't be that issue again! Great job Gardendale crew! Whew hew!
