It was 2030 when we walked in the door and it took them 10 mins to seat us, a party of 6 with only three or four tables occupied. The server was there quick for the drink orders. Calamari was like chewing on thick rubber bands, teriyaki chicken was thin, dry, and luke warm. I've made better Asian cuisine at home and I just learned to cook two weeks ago. Then the server forced the 18% gratuity and didn't even come back to ask about refills or how the food tastes. I wouldn't waste your time and money on the poor excuse of an establishment.

Nice place for lunch - great prices on sushi combos, hibachi, etc. Service was friendly but a little slow at times (took awhile to get the check, etc). Miso and hot tea were not as hot as I'd expect but the sushi was great. There's an aquarium with some koi to look at which was fun.

Food and service was great. My issue was in no way was it ever presented they add in the tip. I dont mind tipping in fact I try to do cash to help out. I do mind getting the bill, and seeing a tip added to my bill I didnt authorize.Itd be different if it was in bold letter on menu, front door or something obvious "hey we price in tips at 13% to the bill. Instead my goofy but left a cash tip, wondered why my bill was off and check to find an extra added bill.If your gonna add in a tip please let customers know.

If you are looking for great asian food, great service, and great atmosphere, Kumo Sushi & Asian restaurant has exactly what you are looking for. Their food is excellent, and affordable, service is second to none, friendly, experienced, knowledgeable, and very attentive. The atmosphere is pleasant, the tables are not jammed close together like at other places.Kumo Sushi & Asian restaurant is my favorite asian restaurant.

A coworker and I arrived at 4PM on a Tuesday when they open for dinner hours. We were seated immediately, a server asked for our drinks and brought them promptly. She even asked if we weee ready to order when she brought our drinks which I appreciated but we did need a little extra time I ordered the hibachi chicken and my co worker ordered the Mongolian beef. It seems the portion of the Mongolian beef was larger than hibachi which I wasn't expecting. The salad dressing was a little watery compared to what I was use to but it was still good. The chicken was okay. It seemed a little over cooked but that's better than under cooked! The fried rice and vegetables are the highlights. Hibachi chicken 7/10Salad 7/10I'm giving 5 stars for the service and consideration that some people may prefer their hibachi this way. It was overall good. Not the best I've had but would return if I was in the area.

been here many many many times and never had an experience like tonight. our server was caleb and he was phenomenal. on top of the customer service, he made sure 10000 times that everything was good and we were happy with the food. he was on top of the refills, he overall just made our night. he seriously will make your night better just with his presence, super happy and very customer oriented!
