Waited an hour for them to bring my food out. Went inside to check the status of my order, instead of me getting my food they offered me a refund because they were understaffed. No courtesy at all from them to even come out to our vehicles to tell us that they wouldnât be able to complete our orders. Terrible customer service

They close earlier.Then what's listed as their hours. The funny thing is, I talked to the manager two days earlier about a different restaurant, closing early and not wanting to serve me. He mentioned that would never happen here.I will serve you one minute before closing. When I called him out about that, he said. His manager told him to close earlier, and there's nothing he could do. Man how things change in two days. Kinda ruins the taste of Little Caesars when you get told one thing, and then they do the exact opposite.

Stopped by to grab a hot n ready and some crazy bread. They seemed to be pretty busy in the back, hustling to make pizzas quickly. The girl up front told me it would be about a 5-10 minute wait because they had to make the bread, ok no problem. It took well over 25 minutes. The two young girls they had up front were running their mouth the whole time about people in the back, how much they didnât want to be there, kept rolling their eyes, and just being very unprofessional. One of the girls there had a friend, not in uniform, following her around like a lost puppy- every time she would take an order out to a vehicle, heâd follow. He stood at the side of the counter the whole time, showing her stuff on his phone, goofing around. One of them also had a box of food on the counter eating while working (I get it, you hungry. But clock out and stop eating while taking orders) This place has gone down hill quick and will eventually close down if someone doesnât save it.

Preordered online. Showed up 5 minutes after it was supposed to be done. They told me to pull up and they would bring it out. An hour later I went back through the drive thru to pick up my very cold order.

One of the slowest Little Caesars Iâve ever been to. It NEVER fails I end up waiting at LEAST 15 min past my pickup time. Whatâs the point of ordering ahead when theyâre not going to start making the pizza until I arrive???

Donât waste your time coming here. Ordered online, said it would be ready at 4:40 at the latest. Itâs currently 5:10 and we are waiting in the parking lot for someone to bring us our order.
Somehow the pizza place that advertises âHot&Readyâ is the slowest pizza place in a 10 mile radius.
It would actually be faster to drive to a Little Caesarâs across town than to come to this one.
The manager came to the window after I sat there a few minutes, it was an hour before closing, the food was already to be put up on the counters in the back, he was on his phone slowly approaching the window. I ordered online 10 min before I got there and he said it must have just come through so I'd have to wait as he was still on his phone as well, barely looked at me besides when he took my card to pay for the stuffed crazy bread, I could barely understand a word he said. The stuffed crazy bread wasn't fully cooked and the crazy sauce didnt taste right either, it tasted like some peppers were in it as well as watery looking without thickness at all, maybe undercooked or just not prepared right or maybe it was old idk. I wont go back to this location anytime soon or not on his shift for sure. He didnt give me any napkins and I asked he said he'd get me some but was walking so slow and looking at his phone again I followed him in and he gave me 4 napkins and followed me back out to smoke his cigarette and look at his phone some more. I didnt feel like saying anything to him would make a difference but that's why I do reviews. Some people are professional others not so much, he definitely wasn't the professional type and then had 2 other people working with him, well sitting down on their phones as well and disappeared when I came in for the napkins. He had no ambition whatsoever and didnt seem to care about customers very much but maybe he just had a bad night, idk... either way it was horrible service, food and energy tonight...???

I have never had Little Ceasers with such poor attention I ordered an Italian sausage pizza with extra cheese and they gave me an extra most bestest pepperoni pizza! Iâm glad Iâm not allergic to pepperoni and I just donât like it so to whoever made my order pay attention next time! They also didnât put any Parmesan cheese on my crazy bread! Itâs literally just bread and butter!

Walked in to pick up my order and passed a man smoking by the door. Thought it was a little rude but hey what can you do. Went in to pick up my order and while I waited for part of it, the same man who was smoking outside walked in, didnât wash his hands, and immediately started making food. I donât know much about food safety but I think youâre supposed to wash your hands before working with food⊠will be contacting the health department. (It also seemed like no one else working particularly liked him so I say get rid of him)

You know the look on the drive thru associates face when they really don't want to take your order because it's going to require them to have to work? I get that face every single time when I come here. Hot N Ready Cheese pizza? That'll be 20-25 minutes...Horrendous customer service. Whoever the district manager/store manager is for this site should be reassigned.
