Ordered ahead online… got there at 7:10 to pick it up and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes after already driving 15 minutes to pick it up. Then waited another 15 minutes after pulling back into the drive-through. A pizza and a cheese bread should not take 45 minutes to make. You’re running your business into the ground along with everything else in Gardendale. Needs new management clearly. The Little Caesars in WARRIOR ALABAMA IS TEN TIMES BETTER!! STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY. SHE ASKED ME TO PULL TO PARKING AREA AND WOULD BRING CRAZY BREAD TO ME, ALL I ORDERED WAS CRAZY BREAD... WE WAITED 45 MIN AND I WALKED IN AND ASKED IF MY ORDER WAS READY TO BE TOLD NO THEY WOULD HAVE TO FIX IT...I THEN ASKED HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BE TOLD ABOUT 18 MIN.. I THEN ASKED FOR A REFUND!!! Absolute worst service received. I waited 1hr and 15 minutes for ONE pepperoni pizza and ONE thing of crazy bread. And this is the crazy bread I received??after 30 minutes I went in and She explained no one was there to cut the crazy bread as I'm ACTIVELY watching someone cut it, and still haven't gotten any and had to wait another 45 minutes as other people are getting there good who got there way after I did. If I could leave zero stars I would.
It should not take 53 minutes to make a pizza. I used the app and it said it would take about 30 minutes which is more than normally but it wasn’t too much. I arrived at the store at the estimated time for it to be done. Once arriving I look at the app and apparently the pizza was not even put in the oven yet. It was a little busy there. But it still should not take a singular pizza and an order of crazy bread about an hour to be made. Once I got inside, there were 3 employees just standing there talking and doing nothing. The food tasted alright, nothing extraordinary but not bad.

Waited 50 mins when I have placed a mobile order. They didn’t even update the pizza tracker to tell me that my food was ready. They didn’t even have the courtesy to walk out to my car to tell me it was ready. My food has been under a warmer and it The food was hard. Never coming back here go to a different Little Caesars. If you’re hungry, don’t come to Gardendale location, If you do make sure you order two hours ahead of time of your arrival.
