Stopped by to grab a hot n ready and some crazy bread. They seemed to be pretty busy in the back, hustling to make pizzas quickly. The girl up front told me it would be about a 5-10 minute wait because they had to make the bread, ok no problem. It took well over 25 minutes. The two young girls they had up front were running their mouth the whole time about people in the back, how much they didn’t want to be there, kept rolling their eyes, and just being very unprofessional. One of the girls there had a friend, not in uniform, following her around like a lost puppy- every time she would take an order out to a vehicle, he’d follow. He stood at the side of the counter the whole time, showing her stuff on his phone, goofing around. One of them also had a box of food on the counter eating while working (I get it, you hungry. But clock out and stop eating while taking orders) This place has gone down hill quick and will eventually close down if someone doesn’t save it.

One of the slowest Little Caesars I’ve ever been to. It NEVER fails I end up waiting at LEAST 15 min past my pickup time. What’s the point of ordering ahead when they’re not going to start making the pizza until I arrive???

Don’t waste your time coming here. Ordered online, said it would be ready at 4:40 at the latest. It’s currently 5:10 and we are waiting in the parking lot for someone to bring us our order.
Somehow the pizza place that advertises “Hot&Ready” is the slowest pizza place in a 10 mile radius.
It would actually be faster to drive to a Little Caesar’s across town than to come to this one.

The manager came to the window after I sat there a few minutes, it was an hour before closing, the food was already to be put up on the counters in the back, he was on his phone slowly approaching the window. I ordered online 10 min before I got there and he said it must have just come through so I'd have to wait as he was still on his phone as well, barely looked at me besides when he took my card to pay for the stuffed crazy bread, I could barely understand a word he said. The stuffed crazy bread wasn't fully cooked and the crazy sauce didnt taste right either, it tasted like some peppers were in it as well as watery looking without thickness at all, maybe undercooked or just not prepared right or maybe it was old idk. I wont go back to this location anytime soon or not on his shift for sure. He didnt give me any napkins and I asked he said he'd get me some but was walking so slow and looking at his phone again I followed him in and he gave me 4 napkins and followed me back out to smoke his cigarette and look at his phone some more. I didnt feel like saying anything to him would make a difference but that's why I do reviews. Some people are professional others not so much, he definitely wasn't the professional type and then had 2 other people working with him, well sitting down on their phones as well and disappeared when I came in for the napkins. He had no ambition whatsoever and didnt seem to care about customers very much but maybe he just had a bad night, idk... either way it was horrible service, food and energy tonight...???

I have never had Little Ceasers with such poor attention I ordered an Italian sausage pizza with extra cheese and they gave me an extra most bestest pepperoni pizza! I’m glad I’m not allergic to pepperoni and I just don’t like it so to whoever made my order pay attention next time! They also didn’t put any Parmesan cheese on my crazy bread! It’s literally just bread and butter!

Walked in to pick up my order and passed a man smoking by the door. Thought it was a little rude but hey what can you do. Went in to pick up my order and while I waited for part of it, the same man who was smoking outside walked in, didn’t wash his hands, and immediately started making food. I don’t know much about food safety but I think you’re supposed to wash your hands before working with food… will be contacting the health department. (It also seemed like no one else working particularly liked him so I say get rid of him)
You know the look on the drive thru associates face when they really don't want to take your order because it's going to require them to have to work? I get that face every single time when I come here. Hot N Ready Cheese pizza? That'll be 20-25 minutes...Horrendous customer service. Whoever the district manager/store manager is for this site should be reassigned.

I ordered a pizza with onions and green peppers only on half the pizza. They put them on the whole pizza. The dough was under cooked. The order also consisted of Italian cheese bread that also the dough was under cooked and no sauce was given.

Everytime I come here for a pep and a crazy bread, it's "it'll be about 15 minutes (its never 15, more like 25-30 for a pep) and could you pull up to that spot for me" no smile, no how are you doing, nothing. They just look at you when you pull up to the window or walk in and wait on you just to start ordering. The only reason I continue to come here is the cheap pizza and the drive thru. Food is always decent no complaint there. 9/10 of the people that work here could liven up a good bit though. It's rude the way they take your order. No need to be so blunt taking an order. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to come here and deal with the same exact things I stated EVERY SINGLE TIME. Change your tampons and give atleast a half smile and speak to the customer instead of just looking at them when they come in.
Since this reveiw I've came back twice, dealt with the same kid same sour attitude. Doesn't listen and doeant look like he wants to be there at all. I'm all for teenagers having jobs but something has to give. Quit staring at customers with ignorant blank faces and get the ordered right. Ordered 3 drinks just now and he's too off in his little pissy world to listen to me and get them right. He gave me 1 out if the 3. First of all this place is disgusting, I came through the drive through the other day and the floor looked disgusting as well as the window looks to be not clean for months there warmers look disgusting as well. . It’s just over all very dirty in there so I can imagine what they do without us seeing. Receipts everywhere on the side of the window. Then we waited over 30 minutes for our pizza and then when we get it it wasn’t even done all the way very doughy. THEY NEVER EVER CUT IT GOOD! I also got the cheese bread and it was so greasy I couldn’t even eat it. As well they never give napkins so that made it worst. It was not good at all. Not to mention that the employees are very rude. They barely say a word not a have a good day nothing. This place should be shut down or get new people. There are no smiling faces no nothing. It’s very sad and I will never be going back there. The pizza literally was in half the moment we picked it up because they didn’t cut it. ??♀️
