Time of service 6:50pm 04/05/24. Customer service training is definitely needed. This is my second time in a week, and the young man at the window greet, or the lack there of, and look at customers as if we are bothering him, he does not say anything, and I’ve paid with a card each time (I have to hand it to him) and the way he returns the card is on top of the box, giving room for it to slide off, and with no receipt. He does not smile nor say thank you. Good customer service is one of the key factors that will keep customers returning and the business success. Please consider providing and ensuring the employees are courteous and friendly with the expectation of providing this type service.

Ordered using the app, waited and waited to be notified that my order ready but never was. Finally after waiting 10 minutes go past the promised time I walked in. Then I get in there and my pizza are already in the warmer. I get my order and go home. When I get home and look at the pizzas, they had been cooked for a while. One of them had been cooked so long that the middle of the pizza was mushy. Really sad to pay over $30 and food is NOT fresh or good. Nobody wants food that has been sitting around. Btw, the mushy pizza had been made for so long that the pizza sauce had dried up. Absolutely ridiculous.

This place is absolutely rediculous. Online orders only apparently all of the time. Always have to wait 20-30 mins for the pizza to cook. That’s not hot-n-ready by any means. If I wanted to wait that long I would buy it at Walmart and go home and cook it myself. Probably be quicker. I can order from dominos and have it delivered quicker than this location can make it and hand it to me…..

We where trying to order some pizza the guy came out @ 9:00pm saying they closed and we don't have anything right now and he also said everything is clean at the moment,I thought little caesar supposed to closed @ 10:00pm today on Nov/22/23 is on a Wednesda.

Dude at window let us know it would be about a 15 minute wait, okay that's fine. We ask for a receipt, he said we would receive it when he brought the food up to us in the parking lot. We ordered 2 cheesey breads with our order, and ended up getting 2 crazy breads, completely different things. We mentioned it and the guy just walks away. Worst part is we couldn't say anything because we didn't receive a receipt even though we asked for one at lease 3 times.

I came here twice and ask for cheese and they gave me pepperoni then the second time I came the man told me it would be 30 minutes to make a cheese pizza I waited for 2 hrs just for one cheese pizza I will never go back.
