6/18/25 we ate here at the Longhorn in Gardendale Alabama restaurant for our anniversary and everything was great. We did not have to wait for a booth , took right back and were seated. Brittney let us know that Joseph would be right there in a minute or two and he was. Thank you Brittney. !! Joseph was right there in about 2 minutes. He was very helpful on drinks we were asking about. Joseph and Brittney were very polite and helpful. Longhorn needs more waiters/ waitress like these two . Thank you for their kindness and hospitality

Ordered through the app so that the burgers would be exactly what we wanted. Picked up order; however, both burgers not correct and missing items. Called and spoke to a friendly employee that offered to remake burgers. Returned for the second time, and checked the burgers. One was missing all items requested. Had to wait while mistake was corrected. How can they make the same mistake a second time when it was read back correctly by the employee?

I ordered my first t-bone steak in a long time! We had a salad and a baked potatoe. My wife had the ribeye Steak. They were great. The restaurant was clean and the server was nice and attentive. Oh, I have to apologize about not having a picture of the steaks! I wanted to get to it ? because it looked so good, i forgot to take pictures! But, I did get shots of the restaurant, I know, it's not the same. Next time! Nuff said..

The food is always consistent regardless of the location. The staff at this location were pleasant and accommodating answering our questions and making recommendations. The meal came out quickly and as requested. This is a great place for whatever it is that you might want to eat at a reasonably fair price. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The food was too salty to eat. However, when something was said to the server and manager, made it right by re-cooking steak and taking a chicken tenders salad off the ticket.
