I ordered a simple meal, #1 A sausage egg mcmuffin meal (which they left out the hashbrowns) #2 Steak egg and cheese bagel (they gave me an egg bacon and cheese bagel instead, I don't know how why) #3 2 caramel machiattos which were right, #4 2 small orange juices (only received one, and asked for the other one since I noticed) It's like they just give you whatever they want not what you asked, or they are just some really low IQ people working there.

Best service with a smile here and good food too. Came back today and I can't recall the last time I had BETTER service in a drive thru. Promptly took my order, didn't have to repeat anything. Then, same at food pickup knew which drink was which...friendly, asked me how I was doing. The food, oh the food. On point. Except one tiny thing...bacon was crisp I like it floppy...or medium rare. But no big deal sandwich was A-ok. The drink, a coke, burned ALL the way down!! My mother's Dr Pepper, same. Her food was just fine too.

I visited this location on 11.26.24. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Woods at the speaker and also at the window. She was so friendly and joyful even while the drive-thru was wrapped around the building! Strive to have all of your employees be the same and reward the ones that already are.

Doordashed dinner and everything is so wrong it feels aggressive! The burgers were supposed to be ketchup only, had mustard, onions. No nuggets, even though I bought 6. No ranch even though I bought 1. I'm like what in the world happened??? If yalld prefer i not doordash food or whatever just dont accept the order. If what I'm asking for is "too much" just don't even take my money. Id rather you just refuse the order that half ass it. 😒 I mean.... what in the actual.

Went inside to order. It took 19 minutes from the time stamp on my receipt until I walked out with my food. It was hot and good but man it took a long time for a Happy Meal and $5 Meal deal. Drive thru seemed to be a lot faster....

I always order mcnuggets and every single time in the past year that ive ordered them (which is unfortunately quite a few times), they are crispy, hot, and perfect. every. single. time. not to mention i’ve never waited more than three minutes. i swear i was in a line out to the road once and i was in and out in less than 10 minutes. everyone is so friendly and efficient at this establishment. thank you gardendale mcdonald’s!!!

Can't lay UberEats orders on counter. I've done over 2000 deliveries in bham and here's what will happen... Someone will grab the wrong bag or steal it. Driver will show up, you'll tell them someone already picked it up and you won't remake it. Uber drivers are compensated nothing for their time and gas on cancels. If I see it again I will contact Uber about it. Not okay!!
