I tried the steak and egg bagel this morning. Took it home, started eating and I began throwing up profusely before I even FINISHED THE SANDWICH. I've never had a problem at this McDonald's before with sausage egg McMuffins etc. McDonald's needs to stop with this kind of stuff

It does everything you need out of a mcdonalds, I will add though that this is a very clean mcdonalds and it has a very nice atmosphere inside, we actually like to sit down and eat here sometimes, the people working here do a really good job of keeping up the place, which I rarely see for fast food restaurants that get as busy as this one can so major props to them.Vegetarian options: They used to have more vegetarian options, now it's very limited especially outside of breakfast, I wish they would bring veggie burgers back because I used to come to mcdonalds with my mother when they had them.

I mean it's fast food so don't expect much, for my area service depends on which one you're at. Gardendale has a better staff than fultondale. Not sure why, they're only about 5 miles

This is the friendliest McDonalds I have ever visited! I live 30miles away and frequent the area a few times a week and I always stop at this McDonalds for a drink as I pass thru, could not ask for more prompt, super friendly employees! I sure wish my localMcDonald’s was half as friendly! Always 5 stars and I visit 3 times a week!

The young women who are in charge of serving are very rude. They don't like serving people with poor English to speak to them and they throw the window in your face. They should change all those young staff who are working there. They are very rude and lack respect if you manage to get them. they serve you they give you the order reluctantly
Beautiful and VERY CLEAN facility. I drive 15 minutes past our local store to visit this one. I love a working meal there. Great people helpful and friendly - both staff and customers. It was definitely a "Chik Fil A ... my pleasure " experience!

I used the mobile app which is normally easy. Who ever was working the drive-thru should learn the alphabet. After I finally gave in and went inside, the manager said they had my order but continued to make fun of the one on the drive thru speaker. The food was so cold, I could have picked icicles off of it, and the large fry I ordered wasn't even half full. I won't be going back to this location, I'd drive around the corner to Chick-fil-A.
