The food was very good. We stopped on Super Bowl Sunday. The place was busy. The wait wasn't too long. The restaurant was cold on a chilly day. That's what gets the 4 star.

Moe's closes at 10 pm. At 9 pm, when we went inside.. they were closing the Gardendale location. Couldn't get a refill because they turned off drink machine. All salsa put away. Chairs on tables. They were so mad we came in to purchase food, they purposely gave a pathetic portion of food!
Got a refund and was asked the purpose of refund? When I explained how unwelcome and rude the servers were, everything was shut down..was told no one had came in for several hours so they were closing early! I will never visit this location again! If you are open until a certain time, then STAY open. If it's an inconvenience to work your allotted hours at a job, find something else to occupy your time!
Chipotle across the street got our business. I highly recommend Chipotle! Nice and welcoming!

Their portions are a joke! Don't cheat your customers because you're too cheap. The ground beef looked awful. The least they can do it stir it every so often if people aren't ordering it.

Dang if you do, dang if you don't. Unfortunately I ordered via Uber Eats to take advantage of their BOGO bowl sale. Not only did they charge me full price via false advertising, but uber eats charged me the exact same price to cancel... Fortunately there is already a class action lawsuit I can jump in to get my money back long term but this is my last experience with Moe's. Y'all lying 🍑 can keep it!

Where can I start the atmosphere was very poor. The employees were very disrespectful unprofessional an unsanitary, they were literally taking chips and dipping it into the queso behind the counter. DoorDash came to pick up an order, and when the DoorDash turned around to walk out, the employees flipped him off. Will not be coming back. Chipotle just got a new customer.

I went to this location on May 10, 2024 around 4:30pm. I was the only person in line to order. The lady was cutting chicken for prep while I stood there. Then she finally said give her a minute. As I kept standing there as the only person waiting to order. She kept cutting more chicken and more chicken. I asked how long will it be for me to order. She stated that she has a few more chicken to cut. I then turned around and left the establishment. I felt that this was terrible customer service and unprofessional. The employee needs to be retrained because after she would had took my order. And I love Moe’s over Chipotle. I can say that I believe I would had not been treated like in Chipotle

Went into moes to grab a quick dinner. Not only were they crowded but the line was long and instead of helping the customers in the line they decided to not greet anyone and fixed 10 online orders. I think it’s so rude bc you can fix online orders but at least let the customers know what’s going on. Did not order food. Train your staff!!

Moe's over Chipotle ANY DAY! free chips, free salsa as much as you are socially comfortable with swiping, AND the pricing?!?! man it's such a good location.
