I see a good many bad reviews, I sure hate that people experienced mean service. I unfortunately did not the guy was great and listened too every word I said. He kept a smile as well as the other staff, and our food was good so we enjoyed and will be back.

Everyone in front of us, and us ordering 2+ entree's. Only one young lady working the line with quite a few people waiting behid us also. Past experiences there are 2-3 servers during peak/busy times. The it's self was good.

Since this location likes to delete google reviews, I’m going to post it again. I’m always spending my money at this location. I went in the other afternoon to place an order. Time, I walked in it was unwelcoming, from the server, she was fixing another person food and roll her eyes. I place my order as normal, but when I tell her I want the correct portion, she gets mad and roll her eyes. I don’t have no problem paying for it to be right and she knows, that from me telling her all the time. It’s the young African American girl with the bull noise ring. I would expect management to look in to the issues verses deleting my google reviews to keep up the ratings , I’m gonna reach out to the next level. Customer service dont exist here.

the chick with the nose ring is the worst part of this Moes experience. the only time we get the appropriate serving sizes is when she has a day off. She has an attitude the moment you walk in and they delete google reviews that point out this serious unprofessionalism. I literally offer to pay extra JUST to have my bowl full. She sucks and the restaurant is on it's way behind her. I hate Chipotle but hey the bowls are full now🤷🏽♂️

My previous review was deleted so I'll state it again. The african american girl with the nose ring is the worst experience of this location. You have to constantly plead with her just to give you the appropriate portions and often correct her about shortchanging you on the servings . I come too often and spend too much at this location to have a kid rolling their eyes because you simply want the amount you're paying for. I will continue to leave reviews until her attitude is better because I love Moes and have a pleasant experience EVERY time she has a day off.

Gave it another try. Placed app/online order way ahead. Waiting as they continue to prepare new walk-ins while we still wait for them to work down the list of online orders? Make that make sense??? And ridiculously slow. So… if you come, don’t do online. Just walk in. Most ridiculous way of doing something. I’m be gracious.

When I arrived today to grab early dinner for my kids and me I was greeted by Makenzie and Ryan . Makenzie serviced me and was quite nice nasty her customer service skills trumped my rating for food I was highly disappointed being that this is a regular place for us to grab food with it being close to our home …
The food was very good. We stopped on Super Bowl Sunday. The place was busy. The wait wasn't too long. The restaurant was cold on a chilly day. That's what gets the 4 star.

Moe's closes at 10 pm. At 9 pm, when we went inside.. they were closing the Gardendale location. Couldn't get a refill because they turned off drink machine. All salsa put away. Chairs on tables. They were so mad we came in to purchase food, they purposely gave a pathetic portion of food! Got a refund and was asked the purpose of refund? When I explained how unwelcome and rude the servers were, everything was shut down..was told no one had came in for several hours so they were closing early! I will never visit this location again! If you are open until a certain time, then STAY open. If it's an inconvenience to work your allotted hours at a job, find something else to occupy your time! Chipotle across the street got our business. I highly recommend Chipotle! Nice and welcoming!

Their portions are a joke! Don't cheat your customers because you're too cheap. The ground beef looked awful. The least they can do it stir it every so often if people aren't ordering it.

Dang if you do, dang if you don't. Unfortunately I ordered via Uber Eats to take advantage of their BOGO bowl sale. Not only did they charge me full price via false advertising, but uber eats charged me the exact same price to cancel... Fortunately there is already a class action lawsuit I can jump in to get my money back long term but this is my last experience with Moe's. Y'all lying 🍑 can keep it!
