Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Food is what one would come to expect from Olive Garden. Rolls were a bit overcooked. I asked for fresh rolls and my server had no problem bringing more but they were also overcooked.

It took a few minutes for the wait staff to acknowledge we were there and the manager had to call their attention to it. They were apologetic and friendly. Food was good and served hot once we got it. Overall it was an enjoyable dinner.

Honestly, I'm kinda scared to eat my food due to the appearance of the restaurant. As I walked in to place my to go order I immediately looked down at the rug which was filthy! The young ladies that were working the area were nice. O went to the restroom and was shocked on the way there. The area where the food comes out at was filthy, I was greeted by the young lady at the bar. The restrooms definitely made me rethink my visit! I came out to the to go pickup area and there wetter two managers there that never acknowledged me. The two kind young ladies that greeted me when I came in, one which was in training came out with my food.

I ordered my lunch. Get there my bill was 50% off. Get back to work & realized it was because they gave me over cooked food. Smh.. I don't need discounts just wanted my food cooked correctly.

If I could give it zero stars and still make a review I absolutely would. We came in and the hostess was super nice we was sat within a few minutes. After giving our drink orders and appetizer we placed our order. That’s where the problem started. I always order chicken parmesan with fettuccine noodles and Alfredo sauce add grilled chicken. The server struggled to understand what I wanted. He said he understood and placed the order. Once the food arrived I was given a order of chicken Alfredo. I asked was the chicken Parmesan still cooking and was this the right portion of chicken Alfredo cause it’s bigger than normal. The server proceeded to tell me this is what I ordered not chicken parm. I asked for a manager he told me oh I’m sorry ma’am I’ll get it fixed. He took the chicken Alfredo and minutes later brought my chicken parm with the fettuccine noodles and Alfredo sauce this time with no chicken 🤦‍♀️. Not old is my order wrong he served it to me in a to go box and asked did I need boxes for my kids food. I said no they are still eating and I will be eating this here however I also asked for chicken to be on top of the noddles with the Alfredo sauce. He proceeded to get smart with me and tell me this is ridiculous and he would get me some chicken. He then brought out chicken also in a Togo box. At this point my kids and I was frustrated and over the entire situation so I asked for boxes for them. The server proceeded to tell me to not worry about the check so we left. Fast forward to we get home and I attempted to eat my food. The chicken Parmesan chicken and the chicken for the Alfredo was not done and raw in the middle. I will never patronize this restaurant again and will make the necessary drive to go all the way to Hoover. The store manager Troy had the most disgusting attitude I have ever seen.

They only give you 1 breadstick at a time per person. They really have gotten so greedy. They make other places look generous. And on a previous review someone was talking about the manager flirting with boys, tonight all I was was the manager who flirted with young girls.

Why do y’all have a manager (Lindsey) working around kids that she flirts with I don’t want to see that or be in a restaurant where there’s a literal adult flirting with kids that’s nasty get a new manager.
