Very slow I had to go up several times and ask for my order waited 30mins and they still got order wrong

I've only eaten at Panera once for my birthday, and that was a pleasant in-store meal. However, my recent DoorDash order was extremely disappointing and frankly, inedible.
My broccoli cheddar soup arrived looking over-microwaved, missing the usual small pieces of broccoli, and just appeared old. The avocado on my Chicken Avocado Sandwich was not only covered in prominent brown spots but also completely mushy. To make matters worse, the lettuce and tomato were old, wilted, dried out, and flimsy. The bread on the sandwich was also old and fell apart, which, combined with the other issues, meant the entire sandwich was impossible to eat.
The quality of the ingredients and preparation for this order was far below acceptable standards. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for a meal that ends up being this poor. I sincerely hope Panera addresses these significant quality control issues, especially for delivery orders.

First time eating in. Truly enjoyed the experience. Had to have my favorite, the broccoli cheese soup. Good meal with family

Always out of items. Constantly not able to serve basic items offered on the menu.

As I sat waiting for my family’s food, I heard a woman come up to the counter and tell the employee that her breakfast sandwiches were supposed to have egg on them, and the employee retrieved the eggs to put on their sandwiches. Simple mistake. I finally got my four sandwiches and drinks and sat at our table. All our breakfast sandwiches were also missing egg… why. Bread was hard and food was cold.

Also, the waiting/drink machine area smells like it hasn’t been cleaned in over a month. If you’ve ever worked in food service, you know the smell.

Every time I order a croissant they give me sourdough. When you call to make a complaint they never answers. Make sure you check your order before you leave.

I give the Panera Bread in Gardendale a low rating because, first this is apparently a pickup place for kids when they get out of school. 20-30 squealing and giggling under 16 teenage girls. Scattered all over the restaurant eating McDonald's and Taco Bell. The next thing we couldn't find a clean table. We had to choose the table that had the least amount of bread crumbs. Then we had a large order for 2 people. No help getting the order to our table. Not even an offer. Then the food was not up to par. The bacon turkey sandwich was almost all turkey and lettuce. I think that I may have had one full slice (thin) bacon. The turkey was very much like what you buy presliced and packaged in the grocery store. My wife was disappointed in their French onion soup. So for a $60.00 meal I would rate it not any better than Subway.
