Panera Bread

I just ordered a Caprese sandwich that literally came with moldy lettuce, a tiny bit of tomato and absolutely zero cheese. I cannot believe I paid money for this. I'm a loyal customer who comes several times a week. This is so aggravating.

I don't live near this store and needed to ask if l had left my debit card there. I called several times mid-afternoon on a Monday and pressed the option to speak to an associate or manager in the store. Every time the call was disconnected after being put on hold. Not

Order take out but get to the store and the doors are locked with a note to go to drive through. Service at this location is consistently bad.

I love this location and go there frequently. All of the staff are great. I wish Panera would stop dropping my favorite menu items, but that is certainly not this location's fault. Always a good experience.

This location seems to be always out of something. Also, the service is hit and miss, and the dining areas never seems clean.

This is my go-to Panera as it’s close to my house. Food is usually always as ordered but on Friday my to go salad was missing half of its condiments and they didn’t include the bread. However, they were so kind and accommodating to fix the order and remade a salad for me to pick up when I got off work. I also wanted to purchase a smoothie when I arrived to pick up the make up salad, but they insisted it was on them and gave it to me as a courtesy. Even though it was not necessary, it was a small gesture that brightened my experience.

I think that it’s important to always commend great customer service and human kindness because it can impact those who work day in and day out to provide a quality patron experience and it also encourages brand loyalty. Thanks again!

There has been a big change in their menu. They’ve dropped 90% of my family’s favorite items. I’m not sure we will return. The food wasn’t good

They are pretty good but have an unfortunate common habit of dropping really good menu items off from time to time. The baked goods are really nice and love the selections of bagels and cream cheeses. The lunch menu is ok. I wish they would keep chicken tortilla soup all year and bring back the cheese pasta.It is very pricey but cleaner eating usually comes at a premium. Staff is always friendly and quick!
