Driver just left the pizza on our porch and didn’t even knock to tell us it was here. Pizza sat for 30 minutes outside. Manager lied to me and said that was the policy they established during COVID…We’ve ordered from here plenty of times and they always knocked even during COVID when leaving it on the porch. I didn’t even want anything from him, just wanted to let him know. Instead he tried to blame me for selecting “No contact” and stating that his driver did everything correctly.
All you had to do was apologize…instead you lost a customer.
By the way…attached is a photo of step 4 from your “no contact” policy. Sure looks to me like that guy is knocking on the door! Not sure why you would want to argue with a customer in the first place, but if you’re going to at least make sure your argument isn’t a lie.

Today i ordered Pizza like i normally do from this establishment. I normally order from this place all the time but after the way i was treated By Alexander The So called manager I will never order from them again you can color me gone and done. I ordered my food at 8:30 and the delivery went to doordash. Needless to say They never called me As i do keep logs on my phone which i have presented to corporate. Anyways we did not get our food I called them and this little twit with no people skills answered. He was a complete A$$ to me plain and simple. then he said i can remake the order or i can give you a refund, Then he proceeded to say it will be an hour before i can get a driver out there. by this time it was 9:15pm at night. My family is hungry so i told him i would come down and pick it up. I then asked for delivery fees to be taken off since i was coming to pick it up He tells me no. and then proceeds to tell me if i am making your food for free you can either have that or a refund... The guy was a complete and Utter A$$ he said i was screaming at him I was not untell he tried to over talk and not listen to me. Needless to say my WIfe said i don't want you going down there i will go down there. So far be it from me to probably wind up in a screaming match so She went down there and HE TREATED HER LIKE GARBAGE..... SHe said you just lost a customer. and he was like Ooooooooooo big deal.... TALK ABOUT RUDE HORRIBLE A$$WIPE. Needless to say I WILL NEVER USE YOUR LOUSY STORE OR BE TREATED BY SOME DROPOUT IDIOT again. He wasn't even the manager.... So i will be back there tomorrow when the manager is in. Yes he is going to get an earful and i am even thinking of calling my bank and back charging your company. 😡😡🤬🤬
I ordered wings and a medium meat pizza with extra cheese. My pizza didn't have extra cheese and they didn't have my wings. I told them to remove the wings from my card and he said it takes 24 hours to remove. The pizza barely had meat or cheese on it.

The Garlic stuffed crust pizza was very tasty however, the dough towards the crust was slightly undercooked. The ingredients were very fresh and all in all was a good experience!
Every time we order a pizza it’s a 50/50 shot that we actually get what we ordered/paid for. Have spoke with a manager before who agreed that it depends on who is working if the pizzas are made correctly. Especially, if you order things like extra cheese, cook well done. Etc. when made correctly, the pizza is great. But, the last 5 times we’ve order only twice was it correct. It’s very frustrating because we are huge papa John’s fans. When we lived in the Hoover/Vestavia area, we never had this issue. Maybe your employees need re-trained or sent to another store to see how it should be. I called the manager tonight because on this pizza I PAID for extra cheese AND the 3 cheese blend. I’ve ordered this before. When made correctly it’s cheesy greatness. But, this wasn’t it. She claimed that she is the manager tonight and she made it and put everything on correctly. No. It’s not. But, as usual, there is no sense in arguing when they don’t want to admit or listen to your complaint. Do better. We’ve made the decision to order from other places and will only order papa John’s when we are in a location we can pick up and bring home. It’s unfortunate because we spend too much money on pizza. Haha. Hope this helps you make your pizzas better and give your customers quality food that they pay for with their hard earned money.

My pizza was delivered to the front desk of the hotel instead of my room after I confirmed with the Papa Johns manager that they were showing the right room number of 210. It was eaten by the hotel personnel as the driver tried to deliver it to room 329, which had nobody there. I was expecting they'd make it right by expediting a replacement pizza, but the manager actually refused a refund and told me I put in the wrong room number (even After I had confirmed the right number earlier with her). After several minutes of trying to explain that I put in the right room number and me asking why the driver didn't call me about the confusion, she finally did the refund but told me to "never order from here again"! This was very frustrating! They need training about having professional attitudes and calling the customer when there's confusion about delivery.
The never have got my order wrong and I ordered the lemon pepper hot . And was no lemon pepper and barely any hot sauces .

The 2 employees that took my order was so patient and understanding even though I had them so so confused about how I wanted my pizza made. They made it perfect really enjoyed it
