The little hole in the wall places ( I have found) are sometimes the best places to enjoy. True authentic basic taste of the past. Remembering and yearning for the original Pasquale's sauce on spaghetti from the 70-90's, garlic bread, and salad. The Thousand Island dressing was my favorite. When the lunch buffet used to exist. I truly enjoyed my lunch break from work. Found Gardendale location for Pasquale's. Low and behold, this was exactly what we needed and wanted....
This is a historic location in Gardendale to me and has many precious memories from childhood. I remember when they had the little TVs on every table. Kind of miss those lol.
I'm glad it is still a family owned business with caring staff. The inside is a bit rough around the edges due to the age but it has a charm to it and it's been a little updated here and there.
