natalie was great! she helped find a drink i’d enjoy since i don’t really like coffee
Santos was out of 2 of the Fresca drinks I wanted so I ordered bottled water… they were also out of that. They gave me a cup of tap water and still charged me for the bottled water. I then ordered a Turkey and Swiss on ciabatta bread and it came on a croissant. The cashier had her phone tucked in her pants which is also not appropriate in my opinion. Employees did not have good attitudes. We won’t be going there again.
Disgusting food
Clean and the coffee is very good.
As a college student, I always want to find the best coffee shops where I can do my studying for nursing school and I thought I’d give them a try. Lovely atmosphere and incredibly sweet employees. I love the matcha w Vanilla 🫶
The dining room is always so dirty and there's always someone just looking at their phone at the front. I mean we get there right at opening and there's literally trash and food all over the floor. Any other Santos location is sooo much nicer, I wish this one would step it up.
This was the best redo of a Wendy I’ve ever seen. The young lady working in the counter did a marvelous job and was engaging. The coffee was very smooth just like I like it.
One Star – Disappointing Experience
Unfortunately, my first experience at this café was very disappointing. I visited hoping to enjoy a nice croissant sandwich with coffee in a pleasant atmosphere, but none of these expectations were met.
The items ordered were made quickly (no other customers), but the croissant was burnt and partially inedible on the inside which should have been noticed by service before serving to a customer. Underwhelmed by the café mocha.
Atmosphere was extremely cold with obnoxious music playing that is not very welcoming or calming to the general public.
Overall, the quality was far below what I expected for the price.
Cute coffee and pastry shop, had a great cup of coffee with a toasted bagel
The only complaint that I have is no cream cheese! But that is petty for how wonderful this establishment is. Barista was very friendly and helpful and the coffee was on point. Will recommend and I will be back again and again.

We’ve been twice this week. It is extremely expensive. You will pay over $30 for two coffees and two sandwiches. Be prepared to wait around 30 minutes. Both days, we were not given the mayo for our sandwiches. I want to love this place, but for the price, the service is so incredibly pitiful.

I recently visited Santos Coffee despite having seen some mixed reviews online, and I’m really glad I gave it a chance. The coffee was fantastic we ordered a café caramel and a maple latte, both of which were delicious. The staff was kind enough to adjust the sweetness of my drink, which I really appreciated.
The food was a pleasant surprise as well. I’m a big fan of crepes, and I didn’t realize Santos offered them. They turned out to be excellent, and I also tried the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant, which was fresh and tasted good with their sauce. Even though the wait times were a little longer than what I’m used to at places like Starbucks, I found out that their food is made to order, which explained the quality and time.
The staff was friendly, and the space was bright and welcoming, with lots of natural light and greenery. Overall, I’d rate my experience a 10/10, and I think this place deserves more attention for the quality they offer. Definitely worth a visit! Also they are locally owned!

Don’t waste your time or your money. This was my third time visiting, and I will never be back. The coffee is mid, at best, and always way too sweet. I got the apple spiced latte two days ago, and I couldn’t even finish it because of how sweet it was. My husband and I always go to coffee shops and get the specialty coffees and enjoy them, but not here. The customer service wasn’t great. We had to wait a long time, and there were only 4 other customers in the shop who already had their drinks and maybe one person in the drive thru lane. The atmosphere I rated two stars. I only give two stars because I like all the plants and the windows. The place feels dirty. Every single table in there was dirty and full of crumbs. I had to wipe down my own table with a napkin in order to even put my computer on the table without getting crumbs on it. The table really needed a wet rag, though, because there was other syrup stains and stuff on it. Do they even wipe down their tables? We went there in the morning, and I wouldn’t expect the tables to be THAT dirty that early. And it wasn’t just our table, I walked around and looked at every table before I grabbed ours hoping to get a clean one. The chairs were also full of crumbs. The music was horrible. They were playing rock music, which is not the kind of music I think a coffee shop should play. My husband and I went there to study, but as soon as we sat down we wanted to leave. We only stayed for a few minutes, and I couldn’t even finish my $6 coffee.
