We’ve been twice this week. It is extremely expensive. You will pay over $30 for two coffees and two sandwiches. Be prepared to wait around 30 minutes. Both days, we were not given the mayo for our sandwiches. I want to love this place, but for the price, the service is so incredibly pitiful.

I recently visited Santos Coffee despite having seen some mixed reviews online, and I’m really glad I gave it a chance. The coffee was fantastic we ordered a café caramel and a maple latte, both of which were delicious. The staff was kind enough to adjust the sweetness of my drink, which I really appreciated.
The food was a pleasant surprise as well. I’m a big fan of crepes, and I didn’t realize Santos offered them. They turned out to be excellent, and I also tried the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant, which was fresh and tasted good with their sauce. Even though the wait times were a little longer than what I’m used to at places like Starbucks, I found out that their food is made to order, which explained the quality and time.
The staff was friendly, and the space was bright and welcoming, with lots of natural light and greenery. Overall, I’d rate my experience a 10/10, and I think this place deserves more attention for the quality they offer. Definitely worth a visit! Also they are locally owned!

Don’t waste your time or your money. This was my third time visiting, and I will never be back. The coffee is mid, at best, and always way too sweet. I got the apple spiced latte two days ago, and I couldn’t even finish it because of how sweet it was. My husband and I always go to coffee shops and get the specialty coffees and enjoy them, but not here. The customer service wasn’t great. We had to wait a long time, and there were only 4 other customers in the shop who already had their drinks and maybe one person in the drive thru lane. The atmosphere I rated two stars. I only give two stars because I like all the plants and the windows. The place feels dirty. Every single table in there was dirty and full of crumbs. I had to wipe down my own table with a napkin in order to even put my computer on the table without getting crumbs on it. The table really needed a wet rag, though, because there was other syrup stains and stuff on it. Do they even wipe down their tables? We went there in the morning, and I wouldn’t expect the tables to be THAT dirty that early. And it wasn’t just our table, I walked around and looked at every table before I grabbed ours hoping to get a clean one. The chairs were also full of crumbs. The music was horrible. They were playing rock music, which is not the kind of music I think a coffee shop should play. My husband and I went there to study, but as soon as we sat down we wanted to leave. We only stayed for a few minutes, and I couldn’t even finish my $6 coffee.

we tried this place for the third time yesterday, hoping that since they’ve been open for a while now that the service and product would’ve improved since we tried shortly after opening. we ordered an iced matcha w/ lavender & an iced americano with hazelnut & a splash of oat milk. $16 total. first, we were the only visible customers there and went through the drive thru 15 mins after placing the order online. the drinks weren’t ready which was okay, but then we got the drinks- the matcha wasn’t mixed, huge hunks of dry powder that were obvious as the drink was handed polka dotted through the window. americano had no ice, no milk & no flavor added. very warm.. espresso seemed pretty good quality, but it’s not what we ordered.
bummer. i was so excited to have a local coffee shop, but have been proven over and over that it’s just the lowest quality service for the highest price imaginable. don’t waste your time if you’re actually going for a high quality coffee, swallow your pride and visit the siren up the hill.

Poor quality coffee and long wait times. This is my 5th time getting coffee. Each time is a waste of money. Dont get the new maple spice latte. They pour an entire bottle of spices into it. If you want Santos Coffee then go to the Hoover location.
Menu on the drive thru said 12 oz $4.30 for chai latte. I ordered two and the cashier asked for almost $13 dollars. We were told their menu is wrong and this was the price. We never tried the product, but it was probably yummy. I will never know.

Want to Santos at 500pm, sat in the drive thru line for 10 minutes waiting for someone to ask us for our order. According to their hours, it says they’re open until 6pm. A girl came on the intercom at 510pm letting us know they were closed. Should probably update your hours if you’re not going to be open when it says you are.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING coffee shop, prices aren’t bad for coffee in my opinion, come there (almost) every Saturday and just get this warm feeling, and they allow us to put tables together for our friends, service is always nice and everyone there just feels like a friend at first sight, would 1000% recommend trying it, it will not disappoint.

Update: the owner was very accommodating. I'll definitely return as usual
Super slow.. took 24 min for an iced coffee, crepe, and a bagel. I understand being busy. However, it was 8:15am and I was the only one in line other than the 1 vehicle in front of me for only 5 min..

This spot is fun! The atmosphere is great and the service is too! I had a Turkey & Swiss crossaint with these flavorful handmade chips and a Mint Strawberry Fresca. All delicious! This is my 2nd visit and I'll be back again.
