Been to Santos downtown, it was really good. Here is completely different. Terrible coffee, terrible service.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, comfy seating. Great hangout spot. I had some kind of butter pastry that was incredibly rich and delicious, still fresh in the afternoon.

Why am I paying $28 for 2 medium coffees and a sandwich. Starbucks doesn’t even charge that much.

Overall it was okay. The bad part is that everything pictured (2 drinks, 2 breakfast sandwiches) was $40!!! (Not including tip). Coffee was good, but not any better than Starbucks or Dunkin. Service was slow- can’t believe we spent over $40 on this.
This is by far the best coffee I have ever drank. The people there are extremely nice and friendly. Food is excellent. I love this place.

Clean location and very convenient to the Tesla Superchargers. Clean restrooms. Haven't bought anything there yet but definitely looks good and recommended.

Me and my boyfriend ordered through the drive thru and we were not disappointed at all, friendly service, delicious food and such a good frozen mocha!! We wanna come back and try more food items already!

Santos was out of 2 of the Fresca drinks I wanted so I ordered bottled water… they were also out of that. They gave me a cup of tap water and still charged me for the bottled water. I then ordered a Turkey and Swiss on ciabatta bread and it came on a croissant. The cashier had her phone tucked in her pants which is also not appropriate in my opinion. Employees did not have good attitudes. We won’t be going there again.
