It took over 20 minutes to get my coffee and they were making drinks for people who weren't even there. I have never waited this long for a coffee. They weren't busy but no one seemed to be in a hurry to get the drinks made. It would have been quicker for me to go to the next exit and go in target.

Ordered a Pike Place coffee along with egg bites. The coffee was weak and watered down, resembling tea. The egg bites were frigid as if no attempts were made to heat them. Unfortunately, did not have time to return items.

The barista was very rude because they forgot a drink and I thought I paid for it.
I asked for receipt, she was hateful
I didn’t pay for it but I gave her three drink orders. After seeing receipt I bought the third drink. Her nasty behavior could had done away with

This location is awesome! Their staff is kind and speedy! My drink is almost always ready by the time I get there when I place the order in the app at home. They have also been very patient the very few times I've had issues (i.e. app not working right)

Great place but one specific employee disrespected me once by saying I was “yelling” I was only speaking up because I was passenger and my truck is a little loud. The employees name is Jennifer not great customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks today around 2:06. I clearly ordered an iced matcha latte. However, the barista who took my order insisted I had only ordered an iced latte and tried to hand it to me. When I pointed out the mistake and reiterated that I ordered a matcha, she was dismissive, stated she 'never heard matcha,' and spoke to me in a condescending way, as if I didn't know the difference between the two drinks. It was very frustrating to not be heard and to be treated as though I was confused about my own order. I added photos of what the matcha looked like after I was told I would have to wait for it to be made.
