Normally I get good service here but tonight was awful. The lady just kinda shoved our drinks through the drive thru. I get we all have bad days but it was just bad.

I’m honestly embarrassed to be posting a review because I’m a really private person and I don’t ever do this, but I’ve been SO disappointed with this location lately. I go here all the time and I get the same exact order every time, and sometimes my coffee is amazing, but some days what they make for me is literally undrinkable. I think they don’t quality check their ingredients sometimes and occasionally use old milk or cream. This morning I went and my coffee was like separating, and when I drank it it had a sour aftertaste. I kept trying to drink it anyway considering it cost me a whopping $9, but i just actually couldn’t. It was so sour and disgusting. I’ve decided to just start going to the fultondale target Starbucks instead because they’ve never missed for me. Gardendale, PLEASE get your act together because this is actually the fourth time you’ve given me a sour drink.

I’ve been to this Starbucks twice, the 1st time was years ago. Both times I got the very best London Fog latte I’ve had. I order this drink all the time from many different locations, but this one has been the best. The people working there are super nice, and the store is very clean.

I was indecisive when I came in, so they recommended 2 drinks and it was fantastic, the store was clean, and everyone had a smile on their face. Most definitely will be back!

Rude to begin with. Also I told them it is my birthday can I get the free drink. They said yes I could chose anything on the menu. I chose a Carmel ribbon frap. Got home later and checked my points and they didn't give me a free drink they lied to me and charged me 200 stars instead.

Slowest Starbucks . Took 30 minutes for two drinks. Was wrong sizes. Didn't even complain because who knows how long it would have taken to replace.
I JUST WANT TO SAY THE TWO GENTLEMAN IN THE DRIVE THRU WHO SANG TO ME THIS MORNING FOR MY BIRTHDAY WERE AWESOME. THEY MADE MY MORNING AND MY DRINK AND BREAD WAS AMAZING. THANK YOU AND SUCH AMAZING SERVICE IN GARDENDALE. 100 STARS JUST NOT 5.
I always order mocha fraps with sweet cream. They rarely taste good. The reason we order with sweet cream is because they’re bitter without it. We also pay extra for it. It’s always hit or miss with how it’s going to taste. I can go to any other Starbucks and they taste great but Gardendale definitely has issues with what they’re making. Very frustrating when you never know what you’re going to get

They’re always nice and they never get it wrong and if they if I get something, they’ve never tried and it doesn’t taste right they don’t charge me. They make me a new one of what I wanted. They’re great and an awesome place. The people were very friendly and understanding.
