We went in and we where getting 2 sandwich’s and 1 pizza we asked for a pizza with no extra cheese they gave us extra cheese on everything when we didn’t ask for it and made us pay extra. DONT GO HERE THEY ARE NOT GOOD AT

Hours say they open at 8:30 on Sundays, but I got there at 8:50 and the doors were locked and lights were off. Hours do not reflect actual times they are open.
My co-workers and I ordered 5 footlong subs on the app. None of them had the cheese on them that was ordered and all were cold even though we asked for them to be toasted. All 5 were just bread with a couple of slices of meat. We were told by other co-workers that this particular Subway doesn't get your order right even if you are standing there telling them what you want on it. Never again!!
I had three separate orders from the app and the app glitched and when my husband showed them that they took the money out whatever lady was working there refused to make our food that we paid for. The app continued to glitch so half of us didn’t get food. I would never go here. All three charges back to back and the moron lady that could barely speak English tried to tell me it was pending. Well they all were! I’d stay far away if I were you.

Stopped by this location during a baseball tourney. The people working were some of the most unfriendly. They were difficult to understand and were annoyed when we didn’t. They didn’t acknowledge us when we asked for things and even though we stumbled through our order and were displeased with the experience we paid the $60 and completed the transaction. When we went to grab the beverage from the cooler we purchased it was warm. My husband grabbed a cup to get ice and both the man and woman working lost it, saying you didn’t order another drink! When we explained the drink was warm and we were getting ice, they again argued and said you need to pay for the cup! I asked if they were serious and they rudely said absolutely. We put the cup down and exited. What a joke! Working in customer service and business it’s shocking this day and age this location under this management still exists. It likely won’t for long.

Terrible service went in 30 minutes before closing and they tried telling us they were closed my boyfriend went in and asked and they gave us terrible faces acting like it was awful I will never be returning to a place that I get treated that terribly

My mother and I went in there tonight, and it was horrible. They couldn’t understand us and had to redo my sandwhich two times and didn’t even finish it the last time they redid it. My mother got a wrap combo and they charged her 21.92 for a 12in flat bred and separate drink and chips when she pointed this out to them they refused to change the receipt and insisted they were right. We will not be back!

Ordered food online for pickup. My son went to pick it up. Upon his return we learned that our receipt ended up on a bag of food for someone else who I'm assuming canceled the order bc it was old. Tried calling the store multiple times before they answered. The first 4 times it sounded like I was being hung up on after holding. No actions to make it better after wasting gas and got our food our hot sandwiches were cold and soggy when we finally got it.

(TOLD ME TO READ OUT MY CARD NUMBER TO THEM BEFORE I EVEN TOLD THEM HOW I WAS GOING TO PAY) I came here to eat. I got a pizza and a footlong cookie and they were both cold. They also told me to read out my card info before i even told them how i was going to pay. They were very rude, told me they could not remake my food, unless we paid the full amount again, refused to give me a refund in cash when I paid in CASH. and overall was an hectic experience. DO NOT COME HERE
