This was absolutely disgusting, service when we were ordering the waiter acted like she did not want to be there. It is understandable that you are busy but that has nothing to do with the customer! When we sat down there was literal FECES on the ground. Nobody wants to see this while eating. The environment was toxic filled with racist looks towards people. I of all places thought Waffle House at Gardendale would be a better place, just turns out it is worst than Fultondale! Absolutely disgusting.

Waffle House is always a reliable go-to for a classic breakfast. I ordered the All-Star Special for online pickup, and everything was ready on time and still hot and fresh. The eggs were cooked just right, the hash browns had a nice crisp to them, and the waffle was fluffy and golden — exactly what you expect from Waffle House.
Pickup was smooth and easy, and the order was accurate. Even to-go, the quality and consistency were still there. Waffle House never lets you down.

While walking in, my party was stopped and told by this location's privately hired security that this facility was doing take-out orders only (while the entire bar chair section had patrons eating inside). We weren't even permitted inside to place a to-go order, and this location's phone number immediately wants patrons to order on an app. This incident is being forwarded to corporate.

All waffle houses need to have real butter. It has been confirmed by multitudes that margarine is toxic. Waffle House continues to ignore dangers for all. The food is mediocre at best. The menu definitely needs updating. It is a desperate last resort for sure. Noone can tell you if that last steak they added is eatable so you don't order it.
This place is terrible. We waited an hour for our food. Then when we got it, everything was overcooked. Bacon was black. Never received the ham for one plate. I will never eat at this establishment again.

It's a waffle house so there isn't much to the imagination. My server was good, my order was accurate and delicious. Cost was on par with the average. Parking was easy. Getting in and out into traffic was painless.
