Tried to stop by after a concert last night. There were only two employees on shift (which isn't abnormal I know) but the two were arguing with each other in the kitchen, calling each other r*****s, arguing over where the food went. Then the female (Brandy I think) said she was only taking Togo orders after we had already been sat and waiting to order for 15 mins. We left.

When my wife and I go here to eat we are never let down and when we leave we are full and relaxed and had fun All at the same time. But don't trust me go check it out for yourselves and it will be nice.

My food was good,but my service was bad.i never got a refill on my coffee and my waitress was lazy and had an attitude and acted like it was an inconvenience for her to take my order and never brought my ticket to me.she acted like it was a burden for her to have to ring me up to pay for my meal.the cook seemed to have to do his work and hers.he had a positive attitude.

It was very cold, my husband and I went in and sat down, my husband and I ordered the same thing but I didn't want 1 thing that my husband got so i told her i didn't want it, then waitress didn't understand what I said, because I guess bcz I only wanted waitress to drink. They brought my husband's food and she didn't bring me mine so on the final thing she brought for my husband he said to her where is hers she said she didn't order, I said I told you I wanted the same thing as him but no grits. Really why don't people understand things like that anymore. We don't eat out much, but when we do we would like to be treated like everyone. When you get treated like that waitress except to get a tip but if u don't understand and forget someone food then you should except a tip. I don't like being treated like that at all.

myself my friend and her granddaughter ate here last saturday. our server was CORI and she was just so kind and Amazing!!! the food was good And ALL of the employees was busy and working hard. CORI went the extra mile to make us feel at home she talked with us and was attentive. I will be back to eat at this location because of her. Good job guys, we see you! :)Kid-friendliness: was very kind to the child

Went in on Sunday after morning service and sat at the bar. We had our food within 10 minutes and it was delicious. The coffee was fresh and piping hot, and the waitresses all had a great attitude. I ended up tipping the entire establishment because it was that good.

Love the location been coming to Gardendale for years. Just to come eat Waffle House. The fultondale store by the house isn’t any good. The second shift cook I’ve been experiencing. Reminds me of a rude lady that use to work here. Named PAM. She wears the same gloves that she’s cooking with. To clean the grill a floors on multiple occasions. An she’s always mean to my favorite 2 waitress MEGAN an GINGER. Something needs to be done about this. They work to hard to be treated this way.Kid-friendliness: All waitresses here are always kid friendly
