I've always had good experiences in the past BUT definitely not this time. I ordered a specific cake for my granddaughter's birthday. What I received was not even close. Very disappointed. I will never use them again!

Normally I have a good experience with ordering here but this time was a nightmare. I am soooo disappointed. And my daughter was as well. The cake advertised/ pictured was absolutely NOT what I received.
